Downloaded at train station in York. Searched for local bus stop to be told there was none!

This would be brilliant if it worked. The idea is spot on but it's broken. I've tried searching by stop, by postcode and by stop number - none work. Fix it and I'll change to 5 stars as it would be really useful and a lot of effort has clearly gone into the app and the interface is reasonably OK.

Nothing short of useless! If you choose not to turn your GPS on this app won't even find your location if you type it in. Don't bother installing!

Complex in the wrong areas. I want a timetable and options to get from a to b. Does the average person know the name of both bus stops in their route. Why not link to the timetable of a single bus. The user journey does not flow well, which does not bode well for my bus journey.

Cannot browse map to find a stop if you don't know the name. Names of stops confusing, doesn't say in which direction the buses are travelling e.g. to or from town. Can't find a way to retrieve my saved stops. Hopeless!!" Try Bus Scout instead

I live in Strensall, but it doesn't cover it. City of York council take note, Strensall is within the City of York. I will stick with FirstBus app.

Couldn't find any stops near me, and couldn't find Westfield Lane in Wigginton. One star is too much!

Unpleasantly designed and pointless. The various traveline apps (including, counterintuitively, traveline "south & east") are better and continue to work when you travel beyond York or mix different modes of transport.
