The Where’s My Bus? App allows fixed route bus passengers quickly and easily track the location of their bus and view scheduled and estimated pick-up times (based on the bus’ current location on its route). The app is available for download on all iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch versions. The app utilizes data provided by MV Transportation Technologies over your device’s Wi-Fi network or cellular connection.

Worked great for all of 2016 and spring semester of 2017, but now it just closes out. Hopefully they fix whatever bug it is, because it was a really great tool to have.

The app does its job. I can see the different routes and if they are on time or not. Loading in the app can take a very long time, which inhibits the usefulness of the app. I am not sure where the bottleneck is (I am using this on the KU campus), but it should be improved if at all possible. Also, the experience has a strange and complicated flow. The user knows where they are and where they want to go, not which bus number they need to take. Location detection and/or routes over a map would do wonders.

Just a list of routes with numbers. The routes are a list of stops. Why cant I interact with a map to choose my route or stop? You need to already know your way around and the numbers of routes. Not great in a college town with thousands of new residents each year. Its less helpful than Lawrence transits website.

I heard there was a bus app for the buses on campus and so I searched for it and here it is! It is extremely easy to use once you play around with it and figure out how it works. For those are actually reading this, I highly recommend it. I'm a freshman and I've even helped seniors with this.

This app is overall pretty decent and the time is accurate enough. However the app will not work without WIFI, maybe it's my phone that has a probelm, so i give 5 stars.

The only way this app can be of any use is if you already know the bus number and route your looking for and not for finding the bus you need to get on.

First off, I love that I can get an estimate for when the bus will arrive. BUT this app has a major problem. Navigation. It is exceedingly annoying to have to click several times just to get a map of the route view and estimates of time to the next stop. This view should be the first thing after choosing a route number, especially because there are several routes which hit the same stop. Hopefully this is updated in a future version. It'll be 5-star then.
