Once more Vodafone has done it again!. This app is pure garbage. It continues to show bill paid 1 month ago as overdue!. Now the app doesn't refresh fast, takes hours. That stupid zoo zoo which keeps turning the cane is a old grandpa zoo zoo. Perfect to show how well the app works. Slow like an old man, forgetful like an old man and worthless like an old man. FIX IT
I deactivated Internet Plan, it shows it has been deactivated Everytime. So how a single pack is deactivated multiple times. And never confirmed! Again I open app, I see the pack in active plans! What nonsense! Already having a lot of trouble with Vodafone, they aren't converting my postpaid to prepaid although everything is done from my side.
Vodafone, you have to develop your application in a proper manner because this app is so boring in sense of design as well as functionality. It takes so much time to open this app. But as a customer, I don't know why but it's not acceptable from your end. You have to provide a good service as well as good application to access your features. Thank you.
Stupid app constantly asking me join Vodafone Red plan. Wherever i click, this ad would pop up. I don't know if there is a way to block these ads. Otherwise very useful app. Still getting Vodafone red plan ads, ugh. Update: After the new update I am seeing KFC ads. Why the heck does Vodafone display KFC ads? Extremely annoying. If this continues, I will port out.
Was trying to get detailed billing info as I feel the charged amount is exorbitantly high. Had taken a international roaming plan @500/- per day was out for 12 days out of the 12 days only 3 days the mobile was used, Data was kept off for whole period still am billed for Rs 9000/- even continued usage should have been charged maximum 6500/-
Very very bad application. First of all to open this application you have patience for opening. After 2 or 3 unsuccessful attempt app will open. When you choose bill payment through net banking it always stops working. Very very useless app. Through this app I found only my due bill balance and paid from other app.
This is worst network in India.. My network speed is 18.3 kpbs.. Is this the speed of 4g network.. Raised so many complaints.. No one is responsible for my complaints after few days I get the message your query has been solved.. The customer executives are only telling me to port your number to other network... This is worst network... Can't beat even aircel also...
Terrible app. Vodafone has the worst network. The official app doesn't work most of the time. The new design is a nightmare to navigate around. You just use this to promote your other apps like Play. What's the point of giving me a 100 GB plan when I can't even use it because of throttling and other issues. Oh and I supposedly have few free months of Netflix, which has mysteriously expired without touching it. Real shame. Don't force VOLTE if you cannot handle the data traffic.
This network is expensive, gives 2g data in the same rates other are offering. 4g data.. further it should be clearly given before recharge, deceived by network. Earlier for enquiry u can chat with customer care now it has been removed.. worst worst experience. Soon will change network..
Vodafone network fluctuations are so annoying that you cannot do your work over net.. Every 2-3 months, 4g automatically switches to 3g and then to 2g. Becomes pathetic. They took more than 10 days to respond and then they say they cannot do for improving network... Worst network ever
Vodafone is deducting my balance for the service I did not subscribe manually. Vodafone is not even refunding my balance. I have mailed them regarding this issue and they haven't replied me yet nor they refunded my balance. Vodafone provinding worst Custome Service. Enough of this trouble I am changing my sim to Jio. Atleast they care about their customers.
Best in being consistent... Consistent in getting worse everyday. Your network complaints get closed without being followed up but gets call within an hour if port request is being send! Vodafone made me realize that Stone Age was better!
Pathetic app and pathetic network. I have been constantly complaining them about my network issue. I have 2 other numbers also. The network claims to give 4g to customers but the speed which i get is not even of 2g.when raised complaint on network issue their customer care executive says the issue will be resolved asap. Guess they don't know the definition of asap. Moreover there isn't any timeline for resolving the issue. You as a customer need to go back and check with them. The ticket automatically gets closed without checking if the issue is resolved or not. Don't understand what kind of services they provide and claim to be the largest network company. Really disappointed
The app is too heavy for normal user. The no doubt the beautiful background of voadafone app is appealing....But on a slow network connection u are totally unable to use the app....I recommend the app should be made a little basic...so that It can be run even when we require to make a quick transaction
Please make easier to access the apps. New version of Vodafone App works very slow. Unwanted things are there like images, animations, etc. And also not easy to use UI. UI & UX worst. Please fix and become customer and internet friendly. Thanks.
Annoying stupid app. regret recharing it from nw. had recharged 458 rps via UPI payments but the recharge was done. and the money also received from the merchant. Apparently because of some glitch from vodafone and was completely their fault. rather then helping me the costumer service agent after 4-5 calls took a complaint and is expecting me to wait for 5 days for recharge to happen knowing that its their mistake and can't do anything about. try to avoid this app as much as possible. use paytm or any other wallet.
7-60KB/s speed. Really is this 4G speeds? Very sloppy app. Slow slow internet access speed. TERRIBLE network Service. No point offering more data in schemes when the network is so pathetic. Vodafone simply cant handle the competition and technology.
You are deducting my currency in the name of 'game packs' when i have no clue what they are. Your service staff at your store say the typical 'it's because of some websites, you should be careful on what you click'. If YOU activate a game pack without my consent, YOU are responsible. This is the 3rd time am losing +/-35 rupees. If I don't get my money back, I'll have to write an official complaint against you with TRAI. Shame on you. I have been your customer from the time you have entered India. This is how you treat your decade old customer.
What is the use of this application? Cant get past the wallpaper screen. Too heavy for even oneplus 5 mobile with 8gb ram even in faster networks can download anything but cant open this app alone. Heck tired of it. Trying to recharge my account yet unable to coz the developers want a beautiful background. Make sure you have simple UI rather than the beautiful one. I have seen other networks application work smoother than this bad application
One of the poorest apps I have come across. Before due date if payment, it says "Payment is over due, pay immediately ' Even after 7 days of making payment, it shows , payment is due. It never shows the lower tariff plan than the existing one. Suppose I have Red 499 R, it will only shows the plan which are higher one. Lower plan never shows. Everyday I get sms update from Vodafone saying, "Incoming & Outgoing calls are unlimited when roaming. But app says, only Incoming is unlimited when roaming. This app has not been synchronized fully and properly withbthe main server.
worst ever network and data coverage and same is the app.. if a individual doesnot get proper data network and coverage even in metro cities and at airport..whats the use of this app... from last 1 year vodafone is having a pathetic network coverage outside bengaluru airport and they are least bothered about it.. same applies to delhi ..
just to open it takes so much time and protocols its similar to the beating around the bush customer care. i was Vodafone customer for 10 years and now i have lost all hopes. the app is pathetic and very complex way to show and update how much data is used.

Tarrif plans and billing different. Billing is fictitious and not as per the plan selected. Totally unsatisfactory services. No data can be available in the tarrif whereas Idea gives 20GB free every month bwith ₹ 500/ plan
The worst service provider i have ever come across. They reject your postpaid to prepaid request without any reason, so that they can fool you and earn more. Pathetic customer support, no response since last 20 days.
Totally waste..! There is no real time tracking of data usage. Too many error on postpaid bills. Every month I had to call and reverse the overcharges. Isn't cheating?
Seems Vodafone has deteriorated at high speed. Ported my number last week after 2 years. Worst decision it seems. Pathetic service. The retailers and mini store guys says that the starting FRC Of 56 has been stopped. And Mandatory recharge is of 179 .. With unlimited calls.. "I don't need it " with unlimited calls and just normal recharge.. There is no option. Greedy Operator ... Worst store staff experience. All liars Worst customer care. I am very much disappointed and dissatisfied with Vodafone Network. In 2016 also it was good but not in 2017. I have raised numerous queries but with no resolution. I was getting 2g network instead of 4g whereas paying for 4g. Call quality was pathetic. So, after a long lasted relation of 8 years with Vodafone, I ported my number to Airtel who are giving satisfying services. Friends Leave Vodafone now and join Airtel.

Did a recharge thru this app...recharge not done by vodafone but bank has deducted the money and vodafone complaint number is of no use. Another example of worst service... After so many follow ups got my money credited back, I did a fresh recharge of 509 they just activated data service and deducting from main balance for voice calls. After contacting 198 they told it will be resolved within 10 mins, but the problem is still there even after 1 day.
First of all the recharge pack they provide is not compatible to the current market.. 2nd what ever plan you provide it doesn't have proper detail on app... So btr improve then ask for ratings...
The new update is horrible. Moreover they reduce the speed from the websites you regularly use or even the Playstore where you can't download a heavy game, apparently worst than 2G (while runs pretty well on other apps/websites).

After launching app Vodafone mascot zuzu just playing with stick and app never loads completely. It looks Vodafone network issue. To view my sim related details I have to connect to WiFi and access application. Airtel app was better.
Tried twice to recharge, both time after OTP it gets redirected to app saying seems something wrong. But payment was deducted from bank. Also I got success message. But no recharge.
Your account automatically logs out whenever you open it after a few days gap. Then you'll have to login and send OTP once again, which really frustrating.
I have downloaded this app a few days ago and have been trying my best to log into it. Each time they send an OTP they repeat that the OTP has already been used.I haven't even been able to log in.They keep on saying.That as they are upgrading their services,you will face a delay
What's the difference between recharge and bonus card here (in unlimited plans of 458/84daysand 509/90day). This app is too slow or Laggy, could have done better in simplicity.
For me this Network is worst... 4G Internet Performance not = to AIRTEL. And Weekly 3 days exactly for "ME" by 7PM the network shows "No Service". Just because of 100Rs discount "I" Ported AIRTEL 499 to Vodafone 399. Best Network for "ME" ≤ Airtel.... (Vodafone ????????????????????) Kindly improve your network and make network available like AIRTEL.

Why the hell the app still shows bill due even though after paying the bill 10 days in advance?......Severely slow than 2g, even while using 3g. The page will not load and crash many times. Just shut up the app and remove from the play store. This app is bringing the bad fortune/name to the play store i guess.
