You never WIN anything... TRY AGAIN is all I've seen since I was talked into signing up. You learn a lot but most of it I already know since I have to explain it to my team. I guess it would be more exciting if associates won something. Otherwise they seem bothered by it.

Good information. However according to this, I've won about 1 million $10 Starbucks gift cards, but it keeps taking me back to the same HP COURSE IN WHICH I'VE COMPLETED SEVERAL TIMES. CERTIFIED

Good app for what it is. I've won a fair amount of stuff through it as well. My only complaint is that it's a bit top-heavy with the work required to get any points. Other than that, it's a great way to get free stuff!

This app is a wonderful learning tool with lots of perks for Sales Reps including reference material and prizes. If the app is worked correctly, you WILL win good stuff... not just the gift cards and phone case as several reviews I have read have stated. I have been working in 4 Staples Stores and 2 Best Buy Stores over the course of 3-4 years. I have known people who have won an HP Officejet pro8720 printer, a Star Wars Edition i7 Computer, and a load of restaurant gift cards. Of those who have used the app, I have found that most do not use it as instructed in the SellPro branded courses. To them I say, "Take the SellPro courses first, and if you already did, then review them again as you may have missed something important... then you will better understand how to effectively play the Play Zone and win better prizes." Do NOT play all of your points at once!! Take your merchant courses regularly... you increase your chances that way. Log in daily... even if you can't take a course...you get points for daily log in. This app is as informative as it is rewarding. It allows users to sell and up sell with confidence. Most importantly, you get information that allows you to match different customers to the features that will mean the most to them, which is good for everyone!

It is an awesome way of teaching someone the benefits of a product, so it's easier to sell. What better way than a prize winning game format. I have won 3 gifts so far. And I can't wait to win more.

Rigged rewards system. Every spin is a "try again" or "free play" almost everyone will get the gift card and phone case reward but not much more.

I win a bunch of gift cards and stuff but the app crashed when I was quizzing for the Omen

I would love to be able to actually claim my Starbucks gift card that I won. But I can't tap it to claim it. And don't get me started on the phone case!

this app has consistent push notifications with absolutely zero way to disable them. till this feature is added, I will no longer use this app.

You learn some cool stuff that's helped me at work and won both a new printer AND laptop. As well as some gift cards.

I like really like SellPro. I've learned a lot through and have been able to win a few prizes.

Maybe future update, include a way to submit a paystub via app. Other than that. This is great.

Good app to learn more about the products I handle. As noted by many other users, the slot machine method for prizes is not very "random." Before I unlocked much I spun a few times, 80% of the time hit an actual reward. Unlocked everything and within 10 spins got 3 gift cards. Since then not a single prize. Not quite a "fair" system.

Have won some giftcards and a phone case. Please get rid of the free play, I just played over 45 times and won nothing..but got several free plays. It seems whatever algorithm is used likes to count these as wins. Just spent a lot of time with no benefit.

I enjoy the knowledge that comes with sellpro. The rewards are a challenge and it seems that the best stuff goes to best buy. The customer service is horrible on Facebook and email. Either taking days to respond, yes I know you guys get a lot of questions, but it shouldn't take days and Facebook never responds.

Good tool to learn about products. I sometimes use videos to help demo or explain to a customer more about a product such as the HP sprocket. In addition, I use the clipboard tool as a shortcut when looking up HP ink and toner page estimates/ comparisons. It has helped me with customers numerous times.

This app is the best app I have ever installed, within my first 10 days I have won over $110 in Starbucks gift cards and $20 to any brinker restaurants. Just today I won a the canon PowerShot d30 ($300), i have only had the app for about 2 months. Plus my product knowledge is 10 times better than when i started.

You are awarded a quiz that allows you to win stuff.. The bad thing is you have to answer questions on thing you've learned months ago. ALMOST WON A CAMERA AFTER DOING 8-10 Hours of training but guess what the quiz they gave me had to do with printers!! WTH I will no longer be doing training on Sellpro nor promoting this to employees.. Update to response given.. 1. How do you know which training quiz is for prize? 2. Once half won you have 5 mins to take quiz??

Good app. Have learned some good information, making me feel more confident at work while selling. Had an issue with a gift card I won not having a valid code, the customer service team resolved the problem quickly with put much work or hassle on my end. I've won countless gift cards but nothing else, my coworkers has won a a TON of electronics. I don't understand why....

Good for learning about different products, been using it for about 2-3 months, but the algorithm they use to award prizes needs improvement. I've done the spreading them out over time, but it only awards me free plays, which it counts as your "prize". Will continue to use, but until the awards change won't be giving higher than 3 stars

A little confusing but overall great app. The content can be a little overwhelming but if you watch it a few times you can get it. You win farley often as well. It truly seems random and not 1/100000 that you land on a prize

Great app for my associates and I. We have already won over 1000$ in prizes collectively and great source material. Five Stars!
