Not sure it keeps saying it can't confirm my information so I can't check my balance whenever I need to

It's so convenient for me this app!

Copy paste is disabled for the password field meaning you must use weak passwords or you must show your password in plain text. Questionable password length requirements. Modern password hashing algorithms like bcrypt should be able to handle passwords up to 72 characters. Other functionality works well.

What's the point in even having the app if it isn't even going to load so you can check your accounts or do anything else. It was working fine earlier then I had to change my password and I can get on from a computer but this app isn't recognizing anything. Fix it!

This app is horrendous. Makes me want to switch to a different bank hoping they have better online programs.

I'm not a technical person and am able to use it fairly well. If I have a problem one of the tellers at the bank has been able to help me.

What the hell?? It loads old transactions and would take you all day to scroll down, wait for it to load and finally view... Terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible app waste of time don't install

Opens, works, but will not show most recent transactions to verify amount in account. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it did not update the transactions. Please fix this.

Garbage app. Doesn't work half of the time. Constantly freezing or giving you an error message. Back to Chase banking I go

Horrible With web kit tools out there for app development, there's no excuses for how bad this app performs.

Doesn't let you transfer funds. Go back to the old version, MB!

Won't Open since I just updated my phone. Please fix this asap!

It will me let me log in. It always tells me to call customer service every time I try to use it. There's no point on having it if I have to call each time I want to use it.

Will not open and says network error when connected to either Wi-Fi or mobile data. Edit: continues to not work. Refuses to even open now.

Since the last update it says every time I try to log in an error has occurred... I know my info but it won't even get gar enough for me to put it in to check my balance ugh l:

When this app did it's New update it uninstalled it's self from my phone. I reinstalled it and now it won't let me put in the user name I keep getting a system error message. My husband has this app on his phone and it's working fine

If I could give this app zero stars I would. Quite frankly I am just about done with Mutual Bank anyway and this was the last straw. Will be switching banks. I installed this app because my PC finally quite on me and needed to keep track of finances until I could get a new one. I have an Android phone and have Lollipop 5.1 Not sure if this problem of not being able to log in is Android specific but it needs to be fixed!!!

This app sucks since I updated it. It won't even let me log on it says to call some number for assistance. Use to love the app easy for watch your bank account.

Works about 1% of the time. And I don't trust it. Didn't even want it but pretty much had to.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I was having issues after the update but decided to try reinstalling the app. It works fine now. No issues.

I could not login after the recent update so I uninstalled then reinstall now it works fine

About every other or wvery third time i try to log in it says system error try again later. Very frustrated.

Updated version is p.o.s fix this problem it doesn't let me log in. They must of fixed the problem its letting me log in finally

Just tried to log in and it won't let me..says the password that I have been using forever isn't right...now it has me locked out of my app...what can I do to get that changed...use this app often untill today...I did have this app at 5 stars till today

Everything works perfectly, except there is no deposits tab. I have Note 4 so I'm not sure if it's an Android issue or what, but it's a feature I'd like to have.

The app works fine but when trying to use the check deposit it signs me out and doesn't accept the deposit

I'm not sure if this is a glitch but I don't have a deposits tab on my app. This feature is the only reason I got the app in the first place. Other than that, it seems pretty convenient.
