The app keeps crashing.

Scammers automatically enrolled me in a year membership without my permission first. Will not do business with Munchery again and will advise all my friends and clients the same. Based in SF. What a crock.

Very hard to read font - Great App & service but the font used in the app, on the site & in all emails needs to change so it can be read. I have 20/20 vision and have trouble easily reading all communication from Munchery. I admire minimalist & elegant design but I want to be able to use the app and service while I'm walking between building or sitting in the car before I start driving.

No ability to order lunch?

Why can I not use the app to order my company lunch. The web application is terrible and the JavaScript bugs max out my CPU. I use to use the mobile app to order the dinner before we switched to lunch.

watch out when you check out, it adds a 85$ membership to your cart along with your item. i clicked on the checkout and realized too late

Amazing food

I honestly love their referral bonus and regular delivery times. The food can be salty and the menus lack variety but I think the service is solid and will get better with time. The app itself is very slow and buggy

WARNING: They charge an $8.95 monthly fee, and they kept charging me even after I cancelled. I haven't ordered a meal in several months, but I was just charged $8.95, even though I cancelled the service more than a month ago. I ended up disputing the charge with my CC company. Shady business practices.

Excited to try your product, but you need to fix your app because currently it doesn't progress past either the "We deliver to your area" page or the login page. Pretty frustrating/silly. It makes you come across as much less legitimate and professional to have a completely non-functional app

After update, can't open app. Reinstall and still doesn't open

I have been trying to log in for the free meal you sent me through email. The munchery app keeps sending me emails to renew my password. I click on the link and it still will not leg me log in. Help me help you.

Can't order food for same day in 9am,disaster......

Crashes every time I try to launch app. Uninstalling. Disappointing since the desktop version works great.

Buttons open the wrong thing, I can't add an address because it needs an email when there is no field to input it.... good idea horrible execution

I don't understand why this app is out when it doesn't even work. Smh. Y'all should definitely test it before promoting it.

Doesn't work at all

Lousy app won't let me order! How can you survive? Should I phone it in? When I put in my delivery address, it says "can't leave email address blank" yet there is NO WHERE to put my email address!!!! This is very frustrating, how am I supposed to use this service? How are other people able to sign up and order?

Was about to give it a shot but this new membership thing not working for me. Website claims you save money with membership by ordering only 4 times a month... but if being a member is the only way to order... that claim seems to be, well... not so savory... passing.

Cant place an order, tells me my email address isn't valid when it is. As far as Munchery itself, while the prices are attractive, many reviews have criticized their portions; this even from self-claimed 'light-eaters', a group that I identify as well. Even their Quiche Lorraine, not a $$ dish, while delicious, has received same criticism, me included.

App is no longer recognizing my account and won't let me place an order. Seems like a bad business model for food delivery.

Update fixed the splash screen stuck issue. All is normal again.

Won't go past first screen. Useless now. Hoping I still get my order tonight before 7 and don't have another missed delivery that makes me scramble to figure out dinner far too late in the evening.

Love munchery but the latest update made the app unusable. Great way to get orders munchery!

this app used to be decent but it just updated and now there's just a splash screen. I can't dismiss it or interact in any way. sometimes the app crashes but that's it. literally unusable

Can't use fb to create account, receive notification that social login failed. When I try email it says email can't be blank.

Wont log in with facebook and say email cant be blank when its not
