Very disappointing. Real time updates not working for any of the tracked runners. Inconsistent information of whether the runner has even started or not!!

One would expect TCS to ensure adequate hardware to cope up with the traffic that the app would have. Tryimg to track run for the past 3:30 hours but it just could connect to the server. A failed App.
