Works after the installation, but a few hours later you should get used to: out of range, disconnected, out of range, out of range, disconnected. It is to unlock the door and it doesn't unlock the door, so you still need a key. Useless. Also, you need permissions to take pictures and record audio for it to work? I want to unlock my house, that's all, i don't want you spying asses.

Impossibile to pair any phone to Yale ENTR. I tried with either Android or IPhone products but non of them would find the device via Bluetooth. I bought it to use with a phone and now it does not do the job... totally unhappy with Yale. Tried to write to their tech support and no answer.

Highly dangerous ! You can get locked outside if you android is updated, after update you need special password that you are not able to recover it in anyway ! They need your device in hand to reset the pass, so the door needs to be smashed to enter the house !!!!

New phone...and it will not work, also not with updates, the app just cant connect with two of my phones, lgv20 and lgg6,

For some reason, the app needs awful permissions to work: fine grained location, phone access, record videos! Permissions are asked on start and cannot be refused.

Impossible to pair with Sony Xperia Premium - Very Frustrating

Idea is nice, but the app is clumsy for practical use. Why swipe from right to refresh locks? It goes against all design guidelines for Android. Better yet, auto refresh every two seconds while the app is open.

Wont stay connected. Tried 3 different phones. Had contact with support but no solution for this issue. Connection will not last more than a day. Already locked myself out. Removing the app, reinstall and connect will get it working for a short period again.

It keeps telling me "lock registration failed" and it does not work. I follow the steps exactly as they are but no results.

After a copule of hours the app no longer opens on my S7. I have to uninstal reinstal to use. If i get the app to run i get a notification there is a firmware update for my Entr Lock. Keeps disconnecting when trying to update the firmware. This app should not be made avaible untill they completed and tested it.

App can be used to open the locks, even thought the connection to lock can take some time (up to 10 seconds). The only major issue I discovered is that it doesn't work in Samsung "Secure folder" application which I would welcome as this would greatly enhance security.

Tarda mucho en conectar el móvil a la cerradura y es incomodo tener que esperar delante de la puerta... Lo he devuelto.

It all works as it should, I'm happy.

The Android version fails to see the lock from my Nexus 4. Refreshing does nothing to fix it.

I have no issues with this app. I just wanna know if this app could be installed on android wear devices like Zenwatch.
