A Must-Have for tourists and foreigners to get around while in Cambodia, specially if you don't speak Khmer or know how to bargain with Tuk Tuk drivers. You'll definitely save money. Objective/reasonable pricing depending on distance, not on your looks. Wished users could comment on drivers.

I have used it several times since my first review. The system works well most of the time. Drivers need to be trained on how to use the GPS because many drivers are not knowledgeable about Phnom Penh. When I order, I just want the driver to come to my address and not call me. If you call me, I will cancel the order.

Used this App about 10 times.. Perfect. I'd like it if you could rate drivers (all of my drivers have been excellent), and give feedback, and knowledge of english rating (I speak khmer but many foreigners don't). You literally NEED this app if you live in a weird or quiet part of the penh. 9.8/10

Great idea, but the drivers are the same thieving idiots I am trying to avoid. The first driver didn't know how to partition get to riverside! The second one gave my number to a tuk tuk driver who didn't have the app and wanted to bargain over the price. The third guy tried to overcharge me because "ooh, very far".

U should add drop off location pin function on map because it's easier to calculate money than just put street number.

I've used this app twice now and I love it. Drivers are quick and it is definitely a lot cheaper than haggling with a Tuk Tuk.

The updated version of app is asking for too much "permission" to access the privacy of our phone which is unnecessary for a tuk tuk hauling app. Platform is the same used by several other tuk tuk or taxi hauling services in town. Drivers need more training to use app especially in reading map. If you're lucky, drivers will "pick up" your request but be prepared to give directions. Been experiencing drivers rejecting request even after calling back to confirm.

App doesn't work. I have tried to get a fare but no-one takes the call. I end up being g forced to find one on the street. I'm unistalling this pointless app

Works, but... Problem 1: after accepting the driver often phones you to ask where you are, because they don't understand maps. Problem 2: they need directions to the destination, because they can't read maps. Problem 3: After 10pm, I never find a driver available

I've used it twice so far to call a tuk-tuk and it worked great. Because of the meter you don't have to haggle and pay a reasonable price. The app would be even better if you could pay by credit card.

Drivers should have to pass a test to read a map properly....most of them can't and will rely on calling you to tell them where they can find you.good luck with that...I say look at my pickup location on the phone where I pinned, most can't seem to follow

Apps is ok. But the driver charges additional prices. I hope there's a feature where we can complaint and blacklist these drivers which includes their details and ID.

Since everyone is concerning about the driver is not able to read the map. I think it's a big flaw in this whole concept.

It used to be a good app, but recently it does not work with my Android Phone. I suggest to improve it as quick as Possible.

This works a lot better than it did at the start. Hopefully they keep up the improvements.

Beautiful app

I tried it today and it worked. Just one time I needed to cancel the order to be able to arrange a new trip. One time requesting a new driver took until confirmation around 5min. I needed to wait 20min and 6 min for the driver to arrive. The 20 min was expected as I was not in the City centre. I liked our yellow Tuk Tuk, very nice and comfortable. Pricing was great. Thanks for this good experience.

For me, this app is labeled as USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I sent email but they don't answer, I call the company but they can't speak English, at least just a light conversation. --------------- Hey, I sent you email but I never get any answers from you. Some drivers don't know how to read the maps, because the maps can't be rotated, so they don't know where to turn. And I can't choose my destination from maps, I have to type the name of the street, well, I don't know what is actually name of the street for my destination.

Dont understand all the complaints. Used 4 times...yes there were some flawless and lateness but I'm not complaining as long as the fare remains and no hangling...

So expensive ! Why they changed the price?

I hasn't try the app yet hope it not useless
