Works great

I have a Fujitsu heatpump with ar-rea1e remote. The pebble app worked without any issues before the update. I now can only turn the heatpump off and change the swing setting after it is turned on with the physical remote which sucks as I need the remote function this coming weekend.

Pebble air has no API so unable to incorporate in home automation system, makes its usefulness pretty low. Also the app doesn't seem to work in landscape mode. Needs a lot of work.

The remote is rar-3u3 and it won't go too the slow or silent fan speed 1 and 2 are the same on app

Seemed to work well until I purchased a 2nd unit. Settings seem to get mixed up between the two. Also be good to see what settings are when timer activates you only see the last manual settings. Sometimes timers don't work at correct times. Doesn't have 'quiet' or 'powerful' fan setting for our panasonic heat pump. Be good to be able to see what the heatpump settings are for each timer.

Great app. Never loose your remote again. Easy to use,works for almost all a/c brands. There is a problem though when you open the app it always on HEAT mode an if you want to turn unit on you have then ti change mode to COOL.It should start with the last selected mode. Please fix it.

Pretty much unusable, not sure if it's the pebble or the app but it just disconnects all the time.

The inability to contact customer support is a pain. The pebble unit worked well to begin with but now the units are showing E7 error and I've lost ability to control the units

I love being able to use this app to set up each day differently with the variable settings. Previously I had mistakenly believed that there was some limitations on the full range of settings. However, the developer worked directly with me to help me re-set the app which enabled me to access the full functionality. Both the app and the service from the developer were superb.

We have had a unit since they were first released on the market. Great to use when it works but if you have any issues with your modem, power cuts, change Telcom provider etc prepare for at least 10-15 minutes of frustration trying to get it to work again. We have enough pretty much given up on our unit.

Great app both hubby and I can see temp of house and change it when needed we use it on our whole house thanks heaps for this quick and easy app

Only issue is timer since daylight saving started. Time changed on heatpump but start and stop times now an hour out. Located on NZL.

Had an issue with the temperature setting changing when on the timer but got a reply email within minutes explaining how to correct it. Only thing I would suggest is that the timers display the temperatures they have been set with, and maybe allow you to set the temp there as well.

I love being able to flick the heatpump on before I head home! Only downside is the timer function.... If only it was able to turn on from 6am....just a minor annoyance as can do it from the actual remote... But still... Its a cool function of this app that I would definitely use

Need something to aknowledge that the 'Powerful' button has been pressed, ie: the word changes colour...

Awesome app so easy to use it has replaced my hard to use remote and so easy to set up. I can set the timer and get my heat pump on while I'm at work so it's nice a warm when I get home.

This app is awesome. Being able to check out the temp at home from anywhere and turn on the heatpump is really handy.
