I think u should make this apps available to use AS SOON AS POSSIBLE since the fees for adv already increase right? So i believe we as proniaga user should can use an apps too right? to make things more easier for us. Because in this apps now just can see balance credit and history, so its mean nothing for me if i cant manage my ads. Its my sincere opinions.

Useless apps. I thought this apps can make easy for me to update my ads but I can't view my ads, edit etc. Useless.

The app published but still not ready. I think you should complete it first before published in App Store to prevent bad rating.
