keeps saying refresh credits ive paid 3times now!!

How do you explain to a 3 year old that she can't play downtown because the developers can't be bothered to fix the issue!

I can't get the new dogs in the game it won't let you get it

In order to change language on paw patrol rescue run you have to change language in settings on phones I pads or tab that how it done to you over the world I love paw patrol rescue run because I love dogs I gave paw patrol rescue a 10 out of 10

Downloaded it for my daughter everything worked fine until I went to purchase the downtown add on. Couldn't purchase as it said that my billing methods were not initialized, which they are. Really needs sorting as now I have one very upset little girl that can't play as Everest her favorite character!!!

My son loves this as he's 3 and the game is simple. Although pricey for what it is I was happy to pay the upgrades only it says mobile payment hasn't initialized so we can't. I don't have any other issues with other apps regarding this. Very disappointed child here.

Finally installed on 6th attempt after purchase. Three levels in and you have to pay more money to unlock next level. What an absolute joke. Developer's and Nickleodeon should be ashamed for preying on young children like this. Scum of the earth.

After tapping Play, there is a screen to set your name. The keyboard simply doesn't work on my Moto X Play. There is no way to go to the next step unless you set your name. Please fix it asap.

Can't buy "Downtown", as it says billing services haven't initialized. Try explaining to a disappointed 4-year-old that this is not Daddy's fault, but the fault of lazy and incompetent developers who take the money and run, and probably can't even be bothered to read the reviews of their work and discover the level of anger that is out there...

My 5 year old absolutely loves this but I purchased the app it should at least let me have downtown mission or even sort something out so I can download the mission because it won't download for me

Will not let me put name in & play have a very unhappy daughter!

Can't get past the badge screen. I select one to input my daughter's name, the letters I type do not appear on the screen and it won't let me do anything else. I downloaded about a week ago for my daughter and only just tried to use it so now the refund option has gone on my Google play account. Fix it or give me my money back please, it's ridiculous the amount of issues people are having with this game!!

My 6 yr old has autism and loves anything paw patrol. Had a massive 1 hour meltdown as this app does not work! Unfortunately didn't read other reviews beforehand.
