Terrible app. Fails when trying to check in or consult your ticket. Furthermore it often won't let you log in. That said, their client service is OK. But...there shouldn't be a need for aftersale service if the application would work!

Really crappy app. Could learn a lot from other airlines. Can't stay logged in, check in process horrendous, payment options for upgrades won't work, boarding passes nowhere to be found... This is really essential functionality nowadays. Hope for some improvement soon because the airline luckily is not as bad as the app!

Horrible app. It basically just appears to be a web browser shell that loads the mobile version of the Transavia website. You have to put in your flight details every time you open the app. And when you "download" the boarding pass it actually just opens it to view and when you minimise the app it resets back to a state where you have to go through the log in again. If you have travelled somewhere where your data doesn't work then you have no way to open your boarding pass. Maybe ask one of your parent companies to put some money aside so you can make a proper airline app.

It doesn't load and it also crashes when trying to retrieve boarding pass. "Worst app ever"- comic book guy.

Boarding passes are not available offline! The crazy QR-code is too difficult for low-res screens or something. It took us forever to pass the checkpoint because the scanner could not read the code on the screen.

As a frequent flyer, I haven't come across any worse app. There were several problems checking in but mainly there is no clear option to retrieve the boardingpass as with other airlines. If you have a choice for your trip pick another airline :)

Google informed me 10 hours before departure about a flight delay, the airlines own app does not know it even at departure.

Little more than a wrapper around their mobile website. In cases like this, unless you're looking for market or user stats, you're better off not offering a "mobile/native" app and directing people to your website. The browser will deliver a more full experience while avoiding harsh reviews for a lousy product.

The cookies doesn't work, I have to enter the booking number every time I log in.

Erg onhandig dat je altijd weer moet inloggen met je boekingsnummer. die moet je er dus eerst elke keer weer bijzoeken. Daarnaast lukt het niet om met ideal van je mobiel te betalen. Je wordt namelijk via de app doorverwezen naar een webpagina van je bank waarbij je dan een identifier nodig hebt ipv dat je gelijk via je bankapp kan betalen

Don't waste your time with this app. Takes ages to sign and find bookings

Worse airline app I have ever used. Difficult to use.

App isn't finished, multiple places where things are not right and worse of all, it crashes when trying to retrieve the boarding pass.

Very close to useless. Transavia needs to learn from other airlines (starting with KLM) and update this app showing they listen to and value their clients.

Checked in via app, app says everything went through ok so you can guess I was surprised when I turned up at the airport to be told I wasn't checked in. Check in was closed early as well so I missed my flight. At least I learned not to rely on the app or Transavia ever again

Close to completely useless. You need to log in each time and download the boarding pass each time to have a boarding pass on your phone. You cannot save boarding passes to PassWallet or another Android based wallet app. So it is completely useless for boarding passes. The app does not pass on flight delay's, boarding gate information, airport lay-out, nothing a traveller would need basically. You can check in via the app. Whoopdedoo. That's it. Do not get this, waste of phone memory.

Almost useless. The app doesn't keep your "mobile" boarding pass and just download it from web every time, so I can't use it offline. If it is not enough, some error have appear when using the app.

The one thing you want is to directly get an overview of your booked flights. This is exactly what this app does not do....

This app doesn't let me save my boardingpass after check-in. It is the worst airline app I ever installed.

I always take screenshots of the boarding pass and confirmation number etc.. Hardly ever succeed the first try of buying my ticket on-line.

Come on klm-airfrance, don't strike, fix this app instead

No point in getting the app. Same thing as the mobile website. Please look at the KLM app for functionality.

The app, as the website, doesn't allow to log in and to show the overview of all bookings/future flights....without this key functionality the app is almost useless.

I couldn't keep downloaded mobile boarding pass, so instead i went to the website with my mobile phone to download it. The app is useless.

With more than 20 Transavia flights booked for the coming 3 months an overview somewhere else than scattered throughout my mailbox is essential. Just like the website this app is lacking functionality for people who fly more than once a year...

No boarding pass, just links (badly) to the mobile site

Wanted acces to mobile boarding pass, got a redirect to the mobile website instead. And still no closer to the mobile pass.

It's no more than a stupid webview for their website. Transkarigheid to the max!

On galaxy tab 3 and sangsum g4 does not work at all.all the scroll down menu don't work and makes difficult to even search for a flight schedule.
