easyJet: Travel App

Complicated, over burdened and clumsy. Can you imagine the latest update offers the ability to preorder food, to save time and maybe a few pennies, but when you click on it it goes to a third party so you need to add manually 1) first name 2) last name 3) booking reference 4) departure point 5) arrival destination 6) flight time 7) flight date .. this is simply stupid, irrational, irritating and I'll conceived. Why not pick your flight and order .. nonsense

I tried to download a boarding pass but it doesn't seem to work with Android 6.0. Not really great is it?

Just doesn't work well generally. Constantly freezing Just tried to load it now to search for flights. Won't load but I had no problem when I switched out to use Google search instead. Now that I have booked the flight it won't load to the app. It doesn't recognise the booking ref. Frustrating

You have bugs on the updated app, I'm a heavy user as a regular flyer, not all my flights have available boarding passes now even when less than 30 days until departure. Please fix and perform software regression testing when updating in future.

The cancelation/transfer function simply does not work. I had to book another flight, at additional expense.

I downloaded the app to have mobile check-in, but even though I've checked in, it won't allow me to access my travel passes. I don't want to have to carry around 6 pieces of paper.

Probably works fine just utterly failed at the task I required it for. I was attempting to get some tickets on the mobile app that my dad purchased but while easy jet will let you check in and view the boarding passes you simply can't on the app. Edit: turns out you can so no issues with it now

Since the most recent update I am unable to check-in and download boarding passes. I tried uninstalling and re-installing and have now lost the passes I had downloaded previously. Send fix please as I fly every 4 days and rely on digital passes!!!

That is very buggy on Samsung Galaxy S8. It's not even possible to put your username and password into the system. The screen freezes so it's pretty useless as you cannot progress any further.

Since last update it won't even open. Just keeps crashing. Totally pointless, will use website in future and print boarding passes.

I lost my boarding passes when I had to reboot my phone and I couldn't find where to upload new passes (flights 16/18 March) just had itinerary selection, in the end I had to print them.

Thia app used to be simple. I can see all my bookings, my itinery etc....but cant seem to check in and store my boarding pass. What have u done to tbis app??

Won't let me past the seat selection stage as it needs my phone number but also won't let me input my phone number?!?!? Used to work so perfectly I don't like this update

A great app, we were had a delayed flight due to advverse weather conditions and easyjet let me know via the app

It worked extremely well for me and my family. Its really useful to just scan the pass from my phone. Just make sure you have battery :)

It's a great app does the job books everything and updates you all the time especially when your planes been delayed

Used to work fine, but now in Android v8.0 I can't open the app, just crashes. Sent feedback via app but have had no feedback.

Terrible time attempting to pay for my flight.

Seems OK, will really find out when we get to the airport.

Trouble opening the app, a black screen, I then have to go like I am closing the app for it to work. To see where they fligh to you have to dig deep! This should be available on the home screen or flight screen (helpful when browsing or feeling indecisive). Other than that, a very simple, easy to use app. All booking/flight information and boarding passes easy to access, and alerts on flight statuses very useful.
