Though i can get my flights into my intinerary on the app ... I've given up trying to get my guest number in my account ... always says something wrong with number or password .... it does work on the web site... have tried to change my password uninstall and reinstall the app ... it used to work prior to the upgrade a month or so ago ...

App is absolutley useless to manage your account as theres no options to do so. You can see a pretty picture of a loyalty card and look at your upcoming flight but thats it. Nowhere to add advance passenger info nowhwre to update your details its plain useless. Emirates , Qatar Airways and Oman Air are light years ahead.

Does anyone from Etihad airways head office management team proud of this awful mobile app to be associated with their 5 star airline?. Please do something about and take into account your customer's feedback. This app requires a complete new design and not the current basic non workable app.

Doesn't remember your login details, randomly also sends one time 2nd factor pass code via email. It makes it a real pain to use.

As others said, the update made a more than decent app totally awful. Requiring the OTP on the App defies its purpose, it is really an unwelcome nuisance. However, I still managed to log-in: I had to use the split screen function of my Samsung, getting email and login page at the same time on screen. Very annoying. The app has to be reconfigured as soon as possible the way it was before this update.

5 star airline zero star app. Doesn't work now site has been updated. Try and log in and it sends 1timepassword. But no field to enter . So no entry! Until fixed waste of space and back to paper hoarding passes UPDATE This still doesn't work even after updates. Leave the screen to get otp and you restart again. Worse than useless....its deeply annoying now! I suggest you uninstall and maybe recheck in a year, that's what I am going to do!

Cannot log in because if you leave the app running in the background to view the confirmation code, it resets itself to the main screen when brought to focus again. Absolutely shocking software test team...should all be fired!

As everyone else has said, you can't log into the app since the update - it asks for Verification Code but by the time you get it from your email, the app has reset. Such an obvious error that any level of basic app testing should have found. Come on Etihad - you really are going bad fast...

Can't login to loyalty app because by the time I switch to get OTP from my email I will be navigated back to login screen. Have you ever tested this feature?? How can anyone possibly login to their loyalty account!?

Requires a one time password to email every time I try to log in. Returns error messages instead of flight search results... Etihad Guest not integrated well. Pretty much like most Etihad things uses abundant resources to generate a hugely underwhelming experience

Irresponsible and unprofessional app update team..they screwed a properly working app into a @#£scrap...the OTP doesn't come!! Further, why do u need double security for an app of this kind??? Some genius might have thought millions might lose, if there's no OTP????????...Totally useless after upgrade...shame on you Etihad...sad to see your offerings going down

The whole process of logging on to Etihad Guest using the App increasingly not fit for purpose. As many others have said cannot log on since the so called "upgrade"!! Was able to login to the desktop version but not the App. Bizarre.... And to add to the idiocy the app was just updated and takes you to the verification page but by the time one has gone to attempt to read the verification code from one's email you cannot go back to the page one was on originally and it takes one back to the login page to start the whole process once again!! Who ever set up this site clearly doesn't have a clue. Logged in successfully eventually only because I was able to access the verification code from another device. Otherwise the actual App works ok although would be nice to be able to book multiple destinations.

Before the update it used to give warning of miles will expire but after the update that warning was gone and replaced with a message that no miles are expiriing. I was happy and believed it then ended up losing 12000 miles expired just after that misleading message

Way too many glitches!!! The app doesn't stay logged in. Asks for login details every time I open the app. AND every time I login it sends an OTP to my email. When I minimize the app to check my email the app resets and goes back to the start page so the OTP can't be entered unless I sit with a computer inform of me and check my email separately which defeats the point of using my phone to do all this!!! Sickening!!!

Trying to log in, input username password. Input verification code. I check verification code in my email. go back to app And it start all over again, when I leave the app to check my email it throws me out of verification screen. I can never input verification code because it keeps throwing me out, and sending a new code when I input username and password ????????????????????

Absolutely rubbish app. You can just see when is your flight details. You cannot make any changes to your flight like seat preferences, meal choice etc. If you are giving any of these options, why bother making an app? Just to see when is my flight?

Basically useless since the update. The OTP requirement just doesn't work and users end up stuck in a loop being unable to log in. Ultimate frustration.

Can't login. Keeps giving error. Very disappointed! Did not have issues like this with any other airline app!

so the ap has been updated to accommodate an one time password. not tested. when you leave the app and get the OTP and return to app the log in starts again. not properly tested and totally useless

Worst User experience for a 5 star airline app. Seems the responsible team didn't test the flow before publishing the update making the end user experience miserable

More bugs than it's worth! Etihad, we're almost in 2018. Is this really the best app you can make for yourself?? Come on.

You need two devices to be open in order to login - your phone and a separate email device to receive the OTP - this email will take between 5 seconds and 10 minutes to arrive. If you try multiple times - multiple OTPs will be sent arriving at random times in your inbox. Good luck trying to figure out which one is the last one and the appropriate to use. If your phone has a screen that times out if there's no activity for a minute or two then the app kicks you out and you need to start over. The app is properly unusable. However, the fact this app has now been unusable so long after the update is getting scary for me as a consumer. How can we trust you to maintain the complex systems required to fly when relatively simple apps have such as this one have incredible flaws?

I am trying to login. It sends a verification code on mail. As soon as i switch to mail the application again goes back to login page. Finally not able to login. Badly developed app.

Unless you have access to 2 devices you can't log into the app with the OTP as it goes back to the login screen if you exit the app to view the OTP in your email. Poor testing to allow this into production.

Bad app every time i logo in its says check your email to verification and when i check the email and go back to the app its start from beginning agian , so i need tow mobile phone first to logo in and the scand to check the email.

Completely useless, as others have pointed out. Functionality obviously not tested.

On iphone the log in works but on Android once you try to get OTP from email it kicks you out Lose the OTP or atleast give the user the option to use or not use OTP

It's doesn't make any sense to use an app that everytime will ask for login. Moreover it do not allow booking using miles. This application isn't useful at all.

Why my name shows different. Like my middle name first and then first name. Is it because it 12 character plus 12? Or it it because Arabic from right to left? And my last name dont show at all? Please fix it.

After the update many time i have to login and it so wasting time. Please fix this matter

What is wrong with you guys. Why should I go through this security 1 time pass ever time I log on. This is first time flying with you and probably last time too.

Since update every time I try to go into 'my trips' my phone restarts itself, now unable to check in for my upcoming flight!!

This is most inconvenient app for airline ever. I'm a frequent flyer I have majority of the apps form others but this one is terrible.

Etihad mobile App needs to be enhanced to include more options like booking using miles and many other features which are more available in the etihad website than this application. Please make our life more easier and be # 1.

Bad and horrible..cant search flights and cant do much. IT APP team must take their business seriously!

Huge bug in the all. Can't check-in. It asks for some kind of details which you provide and always throws some error.

How can you release an app without basic testing? Get rid of your outsourced team.

Not able to put the OTP once you switch back to your email to get the pwd.

App reseting before having the time to enter the one time password... Really bad UX.
