MTN Web Phone

It would have been good if it can have improved services like; my pakapaka, mtn zone, and also quick and easy internet connection. It requires high speed internet WiFi and it can not work on slow intetnet. Please work on those issues.

Sincere appreciations. This app has helped me but crushing most of the times has made it unreliable. Would u fix it and please let us also use the available promo's? Eg my 'paka paka'

at random times the app crushes even in the middle of the conversation. And when u go back to lod it keeps crushing doesn't upload. Ain't sure if it can handle high end mobile phones ( software ). But But But on a good day u can ably talk and seems quite cheap aswel.

The poorest! Very temperamental! Rip off mechanism!! No or glue less customer service. Sums don't add up as claimed by mtn. They say that it's 200/= per minute, it's actually 500/= or more per minute. The automated system is very basic. It's a good idea but I personally think they rushed getting it out. Copy and borrow ideas from Tesco international app, whatsapp and many more. Finally, the registration process should be simplified, there shouldn't be no need to go to Kololo. All should be done online. Sorry but it's awful experience and a total sham.

To be honest this would have been a perfect way to ease communication but unfortunately as usual the customer service even online is extremely poor. The app keeps crashing and giving an error message cannot connect to server yet the WiFi is working. And mtn doesn't give any feedback or updates on this issue. It's so disappointing

Am so disappointed , it keeps on breaking down , have spent 6 days I can't even make any call and yet it's very active when you try to load airtime , just anoid I don't know even it was switched of UCC yet I used national ID to obtain it

Mtn thanks for the app but actually the call rates are still high it would be more better if you guys introduced the mtn paka paka (mtn to mtn) monthly calls like the 30.000 package of 1200 minutes as it is with other numbers , its really a great idea of communication but it will be so fine if you address that, thank u

It has been off for days and they are throwing us into high costs of international calling

Was this app tested? On Android M, you cannot use it without getting a crash! If it stops crashing, maybe it will be a good app.

It's fantastic am calling my family in Uganda en they call me with free calls just enjoying, those asking password you put the one provided z account en for checking balance just call 130 or 100 for customer care thx.

How to check for balance? I hve been loading but its blind move to load wen u cant even monitor yo usage.
