Very nice app, I enjoy it. But do kindly improve it to include call history of received and dialed calls. If it's possible you could also provide an option for remote recording of all calls only to view it inside the application. It will make sense no be small. Thank you.

Great app but there's a security issue. When I'm connected to a hotspot (mobile hotspot), I'm able to access their account through the app on my phone. My cousin gets 50gb per month. She hotspots me through her Huawei, when I'm connected the mtn app on my S7, picks up her number, and I can login into her account. Recognized this by coincidence. It should be sorted out...

It's not had to have an app. But apps are meant to make life easy. If an app is not user friendly then what's the point?? The app is not user friendly at all and also why doesn't it appear in my recent apps. I've tried on all my devices but it has never appeared anywhere. Beats me

Since the last update, the app now looks like something a 3 year old made. MTN why spoil a good thing? Now the app looks so local, I wish I could rate it with zero stars! Please bring back the old user interface! I regret updating this app now.

I tried to register the app appropriately 30 times but it failed to work. Instead I would receive 2 to 4 otps and then the last one would say `expired'. So fustrating

Useless app. It's doesn't open, instead it returns error message that says "No valid content to display". I'll uninstall it to conserve my precious storage space if MTN does not do something about it.

It has become very useless after an update,before it would load all the information like balance of talk time left and the internet bundles below but I can't see any of that and its saying it will take a while to load information but never at all. Just return to the previous version, it's all I ask

Account locked as soon as I logged in with my PIN. Updated my details to unlock but says "answers entered not matching". Does MTN know my details more than I do?

OK but to dull need more updates. The app can display the credit in your account but can't do the same for your remaining data? Need more work

I dont understand why I have to put in my number each time, get the otp and only then log in. All other apps stay signed in. Or like Xero app, just set up a pin or something. UX therefore super low

Buying xtratime option not working, Unreliable, slow loading and sometimes doesn't display and gives "no valid content" Very unreliable app. Doesn't work when you need it most, loading is too slow and sometimes display "no valid content"

You guys are trying but this app needs to show both RECEIVED AND DIALED CALLS HISTORY.. AND ALSO SHOW RECHARGE HISTORY... ONLY THEN WILL IT DESERVE 5 STARS.... THANKS

The app worked flawlessly until the last update. I can't manage my subscriptions with it anymore and I think you guys intentionally messed it up. Fix it or roll back to previous version.

Useless app. Took hours for me to get a pin, now it constantly gives me an error message saying 'No valid content to display' and i can't​ even start using it

This update is not working at all. It keeps taking me back and forth to Google Play from the App. It tells you to update it, you follow the link only to find you actually have the updated App. This sucks! Just rollback to the previous version if you can't fix this.

Still does not update the data balance, still does not show the correct usage amounts, still does not allow nightshift purchases, the list goes on and on..... Why waste data on an enforced upgrade. Horrible

The app is so great, i can use it anywhere in the world. I'm currently roaming in mainland China but can remit in Uganda and pay utility bills, too. Great app, I'm so delighted. Keep it up MTN. Way to go!

UAR RELIABLE! BUT TRY TO MONITOR THE INCESSANT INCLUSION OF PEOPLE TO SERVICES THEY NEVER SUBSCRIBED FOR. IT AMOUNTS TO RIP A OFF!

Cannot get the mobile money menu when you need it. It is erratic. Pls rectify this bug. Self service option displays inaccurate information on my bundles and packages! Improve it.

Good thought. I think it will be better to have over thousands of my phone contacts being stored directly with MyMTN, than having to store them on phone or sim cards. Thanks

VERY NICE APPLICATION: Its better than other network apps, but it will be much better if you include additional account into the apps; like switching of account of different numbers

Its telling me unable to connect to server every time am trying to open i had to delete it and re-download it again but still the same

Why when I have 4 numbers with MTN on a contract does the app keep telling me I have entered invalid numbers and I can't use it terrible just like MTNS service

It hardly detects network and doesn't respond fast even when network is strong. So frustrating.

After this update can't seem to log in no more keep saying try again something down since yesterday

Great app. But using the mobile money service does not give the bonuses u get from your transactions. If this could be solved i will happily give it a 5 star rating.

The presentation of information in this app isn't easy to understand. Things are hidden away here and there, and the slapping on of a stock image just makes it feel half assed.

I can't log in. it tells me unfortunately MyMtn has stopped, but older version works flawlessly, please try and fix this.

Pls try improve to put receive calls too is annoying can only see my dial calls. Do improve to put call receive beta still put recorded calls too

Revert back to the way it was before the update. No duration/expiring dates of subscriptions. Mcheew

It's always saying unable to connect to the server.. I used to love it alot

Good app to manage your activities but the ads that pop up and block the screen makes it loose the perfect rating. My suggestion is to have the ads below or at the side of the main window and not over the whole screen. One keeps closing Windows each time you switch on the data.

Why force a user to upgrade? The previous version was simple to use. Do you have your Dev's or staff submitting reviews???

Horrible app the pages don't refresh it doesn't tell you how much bonus you have. Very poor app

Pls it is very good for us to swap our sim if lost or stolen or damage so please u should look in to dis issue and solve it with out wasting time.
