Terrible app that crashes. Even terrible service where drivers first say "wrong no." Then call back and come late. Call center gives another pack of lies.. i am fortunate my family n i survived it.

Horrible service. I have tried for the third time today . They confirm the car but always get a cancellation message few hrs before

Completely untested app. After selecting city asks to select city. Can't save it. Time wasted.

This app not opening , just stuck on 1st screen , Also on website from ajmer to delhi showing is less amount and ajmer to delhi airport is showing kore 2000 rs. , As delhi airport is More near. So check this also

I wanted to book a round trip cab.if it was a round trip the pickup and drop are same.The app says pickup and drop must not be same.worst app!!!!

I booked a cab from Delhi to Agra & after a week Agra to delhi airport.. both the times I made full payment online.the first ride driver was good but he asked me for 150 airport entry and 100 Rs more for parking without any receipt.. he said they don't give any receipt.now next week ride was even worst from Agra to delhi..the car was so old and rusty without AC..at airport suddenly he asked me extra money saying it's driven 30km more..my ques was why first ride never crossed extra KM if distance was same?

Hi my taxi india is the best cab service provider for outstation booking...for me I had booked two times out station cab in a week...much happy with the vehicles and DRIVERs also allocated to me

Best App with good discounts and drivers always good I booked earlier on 18th March and now today. I think best App to book the cab.

Booking id 29651(Jaipur to Gurgaon)....Missed a crucial meeting because of them....Non existing customer care support ( after keep u waiting, they ask u to leave voicemail!!!)....I had booked 3 days in advance, first they cancelled booking a day before, stating that I didn't pick my phone, but I never received any call.....I was optimistic and made a fresh booking on day of journey, even confirmed with driver, but he never came, balantly said to find some other driver!!! NEVER EVER use their services

This is totally fake nd pathetic...they cancelled booking in last moment which is vry embarassing..ye bc pura mc ghatia app hai..i would challenge to owner to call me so that i can teach him some sense 2 run business..nd if owner has guts ,he will call me..nd i would suggest 2 people not opt service frm this app otherwise u will regret in last..dnt even 2 think 2 download.

Booked a cab from chandigarh to delhi..driver details were not provided and no cab arrived...call the service number several times but no one pivled up ..pathetic ..highly dissatisfied.. NEED REFUND OF OUR MONEY!!!

Good on discount but no commitment of time and many agents are involved. You do not get to know the cab number and driver contact details till last minute.
