When you can connect to their server it is a decent app. However I am unable to connect more than I am able to connect. And the downtimes are random

Works fine on wifi, but when it's a phone connection it keeps telling drivers I'm at a store I haven't shopped at in over a year. The map won't show my approaching cab, and the app doesn't send my 'help us find you' directions to the driver. Please fix this. It's no fun for me or the drivers.

All the permissions for a simple ride. The app doesn't even tell the driver correct information.

I love happy cab so much and they are awesome picking me up at my address. I really like when they come to the east side of the building at my building where I live at, thank you very much.

Trying to register and keeps saying server error. I uninstalled the app as there was rides registered on my acct that i didnt set up.

Very disappointing app! Could not get it to search for destination street name after entering 153. Uninstalled!

Happy cab is terrible.

I've used & recommended ppl try this app for a free safe ride home in hopes of getting ppl home alive by not drinking & driving. 99% of the time the promo codes didn't show up. When I tried to use the original twenty code awhile back the driver said that code wasn't any good even though it was still being advertised on the Happy Cab fb page. Countless times the gps locator is off which doesn't help impaired ppl trying to get home, and trying to correct the address via the app is not at all user friendly.

Clearly everyone that downloaded this app has done so for the free ride home. Well, just like everyone else, I punched the promo code in properly only to find out that I had a $13 fee when I arrived home. The cabbie called dispatch, who promptly told him that they had no record of the safe ride home request. Right on cue, he apologized and let me know that he'd be paying for the ride out if of his pocket. Since I'm not a terrible person I handed the driver $10 and promised I'd complain to Happy Cab. Sad.

Tried promo code twice and driver said promo didn't show and driver was very rude. Very poor service

My experience started bad but ended good...they didn't honor my promo code originally but then I called and spoke with Jeremy and he got it refunded...so call them if there was a problem as they can't fix it if they don't know

I tried using it. I got a promo but there's no place to enter it so my first ride wasn't even free. It said nearest cab 6 minutes away. I waited almost an hour before I cancelled and got a Lyft. Lyft was there in 5 minutes!

Does not guarantee a cab will be booked or that the fare it lists is correct? Then what use is it? Sorry chums. Try again.
