Hailacab San Antonio

Taxi never came. It kept saying " experiencing longer than normal wait time and that we were next in que. Dont believe!! Waited for almost an hour. What a waste. Called Uber instead and came in less than 5 minutes.

App rarely works, and yellow cab is much more expensive than Uber.

Just garbage.

If you live in San Antonio and even prepay for your service they won't pick you up. This does not work. Business trip flight... eh who needs to be on time! Someone should make an app that allows you to book a cab online. Wait... What junk don't download this.

Usually I would write professional reviews but honestly, this app is pure trash. Not only did it take me an hour to use it, I still never was able to book a cab. I spent 30 minutes looking for my destination which was Walmart. By my luck it couldn't be found. So the hour I spent fondling with the app I could have been to my destination and back just by using the number. If I could give 0 stars it would have zero.

The app will not calculate estimated fair. Please fix.

It always tells me I can have a cab in 2 minutes and it has yet to be less than 20. Just tell me that up front so I book sooner!

It let me book a future cab, told me which cab had the booking and I watched the cab come to my house on the map...driver was also a nice guy. What else can you ask for.

I like the service

Ordered a cab that after calling the cab company was told it was canceled because of where we were at and had to wait an hour and a half with a line of about 100 people behind us.

Kept crashing every time I tried to book a cab when I finally did it sent me the wrong kind of taxi. I asked for a minivan because I'm tall I got a town car. This app needs work asap

The ui is a port from the original iPhone ( I guess?) And is repetitive and overly complex. Unrelated to the app: the cab service itself sucks. Cabs don't show up or are super late. JUST WALK HOME ITS PROBABLY QUICKER

Can't register due to "Server Error". No other error msg or code given. This problem make your App worthless.

Went somewhere I usually go to. it cost 10 when I take uber is around 6 dollars

I like the app. It's a great idea especially for high volume areas where you can be on hold for a while. However, if you select credit card, enter your info, and someone else snags your cab... Well, I was charged for a ride I did not take.

Server error.

I got charged 1050 for a booking I had done and no one on the app does it say either 3miles or 1050 for scheduled I would have not called in. Please update.

Ive never had any issue with this app. It works all the time, everytime, and faster than phone service. I usually score a cab within 2 minutes of placing, and have been picked up the soonest at 5 minutes, the latest WAS 2 hours,but that was only once and the drivers fault, not the app. almost 100 percent of the time Ive been picked up and very quickly. So far Ive used it on Cinnamon creek,Fredricksburg rd,Dezevala,151 out by Sea World. So they got the North side locked down. Sounds like it may not be all over the city the same though. I still have to give five stars.

I use it all the time. Almost everyday and have only one complaint that it crashes but I've never had trouble with it.

I was unable to register. I tried several times and there was always an error message, I even double checked that I typed everything in correctly. Please fix this and I will try again.

I booked twice from this app. I had no issues with the app whatsoever. Both were successful. I will use the app to book again.

Very convenient

Why would I register an app for a function that I can do with my arm or a whistle on the street? If it was as simple as it is advertised, would be a great idea. However, it is not.

Could never get it to register my credit card. Only reason I wanted to use the app.

It works!! Especially for booking rides to the airport in advance.

These idiots about a lawsuit against lyft there a app work perfectly I was able to track driver and those accurate this program for yellow cab cannot find a home address from a year ago nor does it from my current address the Rotarian idiots that it is the Texas Transportation expert sucks...

dont want to register

Works fine for me, have used it quite a few times in san antonio. The only problem that isn't optimal is the fact that when you are typing in locations it starts to auto search after three letters and stops you from typing. I would much rather have it continue letting me to type things in because then it skips the letters i have pushed while its searching. So typing in "testing" would show up like this "tesig" because of the auto search. Either make it smoother or get rid of it. Other than that, its great and i like using it.

Had my booking cancelled automatically because I missed the cab driver's phone call when he was about a mile away. Do yourself a favor and don't install this app and just call a cab the old fashioned way. This app is not worth it!
