Horrible

'Confirmed' cab that showed to be at location (IAH) never arrived. First showed to be at IAH, late showed to be in its way. Tried to call driver and number was disconnected. Don't bother with app and just go to window. Helpful lady said she knew cab number, so that info was current. Ended up in another cab with foul smelling driver. At least I got home.

The worst service ever. Mad an appointment a day in advance. Get told my cab is coming suddenly theres in error with processing my card and then my booking is cancelled. Suddenly no cabs in the area when there was clearly one to come get me. I am so done with these people, that wasnt even the first time...no wonder their rating is so low on google search.

Its real good at taking your personal info. Works flawlessly for that! But when it comes to actually finding an address.... A correct address...it fails miserably!

Will not recognize my home address that is on Google maps and been a street for over 2 yrs now...... Drivers don't get or use the special instructions or direction input in app, like pick up at..... Useless if not functionable. The taxi service itself is inconsistent and gets an F.

Worst taxi service in Houston!! I have actually waited for a taxi for over 3 hours. Thank God I finally found Uber. They arrive on time and don't make you feel as if it is bothersome to pick you up.

I wish Houstons traffic wasnt as bad then it would be the best public transit there is ....

Best service safe ride any time regardless day or night I want to be safe and I chose Yellow Cab

I was not able to successfully hail a cab with this app. It gives an error on the last step when hailing. I suspect it wasn't tested sufficiently enough. I ended up calling the cab company. The ui experience is not as easy to use as its competition.

Had a meeting so I had them pick up my younger sister who is new to the city to take her to class. I made sure to put the address in the system as, like I already mentioned, she doesn't know anything about the city. The estimate was 21 dollars, but I was charged 60 dollars because the driver went to the wrong location even though he had GPS AND the correct address. Day 2 and still no return call from management! Do not use this service at the recommendation of myself and apparently many others that have.

Driver was nice. Cab was super expensive, car was run down, and dirty. Uber is better in regards to price , drivers and apps.

I booked a cab the night before a flight. Woke up the morning of my flight to my booking canceled. I booked again, and it was canceled again. I called and they said I had multiple bookings. No call, even though my cell is registered.

Tried it once. At the final step, got an obscure error: Blockedlistedaddressexists. No explanation about what that even means, apart from "we aren't going to send you any taxi".

uninstalling. tried to set up my information and it just says please wait....so much for this option

Keeps telling me internal service error. Do you plan on fixing that?

Trying to enter the destination and it just won't work.

The app is easy to use. The driver was quick and cordial both there and back. Would defiantly use again.

I booked for a cab....claimed 25 minute wait time...an hour later dispatch calls me saying they're still looking for a cab to pick me up. I waited an hour stranded in 90 degree heat then after dispatch called me I waited an additional 30 mins before deciding to walk 5 miles home. I was probably 1/4 mile from home when one finally called me. This service is total garbage and I live in The Woodlands, where taxi service is typical. I think I will try Uber to get to work tonight.

Only downloaded because their site seemed to insist, nothing worked except suggestions I download the app. App is slow and requires personal information to get a quote.

This app works okay....it is missing a ton of streets and if t doesn't have the street you want then you're pretty much screwed. Yellow cab should probably tell their drivers that we can see them when they accept the booking and then sit in one place for 30 minutes right around the corner before picking you up. It's pretty frustrating considering a different cab could have accepted your booking and picked you up then but it was already accepted by the guy sitting in his cab playing on his phone.

Worked great and I got driven by a licensed trained driver who has a legal employee contractor relationship with the cab company and gets benefits.

Doesn't work. End of story.

If u need a cab use someone else. Always cancels my bookings. They call me 3 times and still never showed up.

Drivers accept trips and never show up. There is no accountability. You have no idea when they may or may not show up...awful

So I can tell my tricks when I will be there ;)

This app does work, but it crashes multiple times that I use it. When it crashes, it cancels your request so you have to call dispatch.

On time was able to contact driver on there location overall great experience
