How long am I waiting for a taxi? Is there on coming? Address input blows. GPS format blows because you can't move around the map without moving your location. If this app plans to step in for the other services that just left the city this app needs to step it up

Used to love Yellowcab, now this app and service is a constant disappointment. Maybe you get a cab in two minutes or twenty, but the app has to be refreshed every 30 seconds.

Hey cab companies, if you're going to ban Uber and Lyft, at least make an app where it's possible to book a cab successfully. This thing supposedly searched for a ride for me for 20 minutes and never found anything. Austin is a joke.

The way you have to add your destination to the app is stupid, it can't use other platforms to find location... This app is a waste of time.

Was able to get a cab at 4:30AM within 10 minutes. However, despite entering a credit card as my payment option in the app, we got the old "I don't have the machine" line and had to use cash.

I used it twice. The first driver showed up but I had to pay him separately because he claimed he called and since I didn't answer, he cancelled the booking. The next day, the driver asked for a security code which I never got. He fumbled around with the app for 5 minutes and I finally paid him with cash because I had to go. Bring uber back to Austin!

What happened to the credit card options

It keeps crashing on my s5...it keeps shutting down and saying "unfortunately the app has stopped"...I would give it higher marks otherwise...also I wish it would allow you to edit the remarks section after you book a taxi. And sometimes that section doesn't work on the booking side. You jeep pushing the field and it doesn't go anyway. Probably a scripting problem.

When you open the app it shows taxis driving all around you and there is a timer in the left corner that says how many minutes you would wait for a cab. Yet, when you book the cab all of the taxis disappear and your estimated wait time of 4 minutes turns into 30 minutes while they try to fine someone. It's a joke.

The app works. Whether you get a nice driver or a rude a...hole, it's up to luck and it won't improve the quality of drivers like Uber and Lyft do. I just had a very nice driver today, can't tell if next will be nice too. As for the app, looks like it was made in 2009, lots of room for improvement but it works

So the app is a bit basic, but it worked... I think? Sad to say I usually avoid the Austin taxi system bc they are almost always rude... Since Lyft/Uber pulled out I gave this a shot... Taxi never showed up, I was in a "queue" for 20 Min before I cancelled it (had to catch a Greyhound) and they never show your slot in line. I switched to Get Me, about the same price, gave an accurate estimate, and showed up!

The app is terrible. It's constantly telling me my street name is invalid. And no matter what address I put into the app, the driver is still going to ask where I'm going. The only reason I'm forced to deal with this is because my city forced Uber out.

App does not work. You book, they accept but nevet know where you are. Even if given an address for a GPS, they never can find you. Then the drivers get angry with you because they aren't smart enough to learn the city they drive in. NEWSFLASH customers depend on a city's cab services to know said city and to safely, efficiently and happily to a chosen destination. Not expect you to not only know the exact address, but the route you need to go. Even with the GPS in plain sight! Worst App EVER.

Any time estimate is worthless. 2 minutes could mean 20. Their time estimating system is broken. Don't bother using if you are in a time crunch

The worst. App is incredibly inaccurate and impossible to use. Thanks a lot Austin City council. Without uber or lyft our drunk drivers are gonna become rampant again.

Not sure if the app works or not. Waited over an hour and no cab picked me up from my apt (which is at Riverside and 35) this is why lyft and uber did so well. Cabs literally will not pick you up. Horrible service. Save yourself the time and just drive downtown and leave your car.

After reading the other bad reviews I decided to tread carefully. Estimated time is always 2 minutes, 4 minutes, or 15 minutes. It's that trustworthy. No matter where I put the pickup point.

I'm not actually sure if it works at all. I booked a cab but it never showed up on the map. After 20 minutes of messages about being in the queue I gave up and found another way to my destination. The app crashed several times while I was using it. I forwarded the crash reports to the developers. Don't rely on this app or service. Find an alternative.

There is a driver named Mark that's a rude piece of crap.

Uber is a better service. This app doesn't work, and the fare is too expensive. Yellow cab sucks.

I just get a server error. It's ridiculous we can't even get around in this city without a car anymore. Cab service in this town is the worst.

I am always able to get a cab. I haven't had a single problem with them.

In the sign up screen there is a disclaimer that says this app does not guarantee that you will get a taxi dispatched to you. What is the point?

Crashes every two seconds. The GPS is a joke. Granted your drivers don't have any sense of direction, it's not a surprise your software lacks that too. Put some of that money you get from overpriced fares, toward upgrading something.

So stupid. Move faster. Jesus. Stop providing you're "service" and die.

You can request a pickup all day but don't expect a cab to ever come.

I had a little bit of trouble getting the app to set the pickup location if I wasn't at a specific business or location. It didn't seem to want to let me enter an intersection. Other than that, I really think it was the easiest way to get a cab I have seen. Keep improving. It is a good tool with potential.

Used this several times on vacation, overall it was very simple and easy to use. Had some difficulties using the favorite locations feature, but overall it was very handy.
