I have used this app for a few years now. It has been great for fly out work. But now they want access to your phones camera, photos, videos, media, contacts, call log, identity and probably more I can't remember. Even want to apply charges to your phone. I'm deleting.

It can't even find Perth airport! Looks even worse than the previous version. Substandard by any measure. Disappointed.

This version is a vast improvement on the previous versions. Still needs work.

Booked a taxi after breaking down on side of a busy road. Sat in car waiting for 45 mins and taxi never arrived, app continuously switched wait time from 2 to 15 minutes but still never showed any cars in the area on app. Uninstalling

Why even use geolocation if you require a house number for the booking? & social login fails occasionally.

These people are beyond stupid. we missed our international flight because of them. didn't even ring us to let us know. then left us waiting to then tell us that they had no taxi. we had booked it about 4 hours previous to this. everything was fine then. UNBELIEVABLE. Stupid people. if I could give minus stars I would.

I make a booking using the app and it usually comes up with a booking error which results in me calling by phone to book. The fare estimate does not work either.i now is Swan taxi app.

I used to make lots of bookings but for the last 2 months an error keeps coming up. Fix please.

I like B&W, but whenever I try to book a taxi with the app I get a booking error. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling.

Half an hour i never get back

They just updated it and now it wont let me login. Hurry up and fix

The software crashes when trying to make a future bookings

Hopeless they cancel your booking on you all the time , the had two booking for the same place two different names so they assumed it was an error and mark both bookings as complete. So you just sit there waiting useless!!!!!

App is ok, but the taxi drivers are not reliable. Still have to call the dispatch since they don't show up.

very buggy, poorly designed, slow. Hopefully the taxi will arrive.

The app still has some cosmetic bugs. For example once you have booked a cab the map keeps zooming in when it updates the taxi position. Still works heaps better than the app from the other major taxi company. Which is the reason I don't use that other company.

Crash as soon as I click login now. Gone from being great to completely unusable. Was there any pre release testing at all? Awesome way to compete with uber..........

Poor ux, broken state within the app, chews through your power unless you force close it when you're finished using it.

Interface could be a lot smoother and more stable. Needs to be able to function in background without logging out. Realtime location tracking is apparently unreliable. Still a whole lot better than calling the cab dispatch directly.

Perfect night with the girl followed by poor service and a poor app.....no live tracking and "pending" dosnt tell you if they even on the way!!!! Hour later still here waiting....uninstall

Can't even register on the app. Get an error message every time.

Not the nicest interface but it worked and got me to the airport on time.
