The current update has made this originally great app much harder to use. More clicking is required than necessary. Destination searching relies on addresses not landmarks. I couldn't even specify the domestic airport! If you don't want Uber to take over, don't make it so attractive.

Needed a taxi with a bike rack, as soon as I saw binary options for the types of taxi's available (e.g. 0, 1, 2) I jumped out. Requiring credit card information (including CVV) ontop of Facebook profile data is a joke. Time for a new dev team B&W...

The app is constantly stuck on loading screen!!! Cant use it at all

Apps never loads... Struck in first screen

Kills my battery - uninstall.

A few times we have tried to use the app but the book now doesn't work. Have had to phone instead.

The app works very well now. Lot if features. Would be helpful if there was a training video to learn all features.

This app is a joke

For a start when booking a cab for the NEXT morning at 6am when it is 10pm the PREVIOUS evening it states on the booking THIS MORNING when clearly the booking is for the NEXT MORNING. 2/. When entering the address if defaults to the location from GPS which is not always right. Just let the user type in an address and specific details or let the user PRESS A BUTTON TO USE LOCATION SERVICES. The gps details for this location ARE WRONG. The app works reasonably well for basic booking a taxi. Since v1 of the app was launched there is STILL no way, in app, for you to tell the app the fare is complete. When a taxi accepts a booking, the app fails to zoom to a level to see both you and your taxi on the GPS map. Of late, the taxi which has accepted the booking is not showing up on the map. The predictive text needs to be removed, YESTERDAY. It obscenely slows down entering addresses and locations. The database the app uses does not have ALL the major landmarks in it, let alone their official names and their common names. example: no listing for the RBWH, no listing for the Royal Brisbane Hospital, no listing for the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. Being able to specify what sort of taxi is very useful.

Please fix the credit card registration for the advertised in- app payment. Or reply when I try to correspond with you about it. Or at least stop sending me emails about how good in-app payment is and I should try it.

Trying to make a simple furure booking and doesn't work. Its ridiculous.

Super expensive! Why even bother when there are MUCH cheaper options out there.

Taxi came at exactly the time I requested. Only minor concern when booking was that cabcharge was not listed as a payment option but turned out fine.

Booked early morning cab night before. Arrived 5 mins early, no issues. Great app

Needed pointing out that there is a code to give the driver at the other end, and where to find it.

Crashes frequently, can't make bookings, GPS location is inaccurate....I could go on. Shame I can only give this a 1 star as it's not even worth that. No wonder people are going to Uber and other such services.

Good however today it would not let me log in. It comes up with an error msg. This is the first time it has done this. I reinstalled to see if it would help but it didn't.

It keeps freezing up when i try to add address details into my favorites list.

I used this app a few times before I made judgement. Eventually a cab will turn up but the time/distance indicator is completely off. Mostly I found it quicker to hail a passing cab. I'm giving the yellow cabs app a go.

Best part of the app is where you can see the cab pick up your job, then sit unmoving for 15 minutes while the driver hopes for something closer before punting your job to the next cab. App works fine though.

Why would you put each piece of information needed in a new screen? You get a new screen to put your street number, then a new screen for your street name, then a new screen for the date and time. Once you have filled in the information, the done button is on the top right, exactly where the call a cab now button is on the main screen. I managed to make two wrong bookings for cabs to come now while trying to make a future booking.

This app is USLESS! take a look at your competitions APPs, they are much better. GPS is always wrong! This is why b&w is losing work to Uber & Yellow.

GPS seems inaccurate, doesn't show the taxi approaching, wait times are way off... It's a pity work doesn't let us use uber for business trips.

Rubbish... crashes every time

Facebook login and standard login both fail with useless generic errors . I need a taxi to take me to the airport and it looks like it won't be a B&W cab.

So much easier then calling, works everytime!

Can't find my address, that B&W recognises when I call up, so total waste of time attempting to use this app.

Was this app made by your drivers? Pathetic......Dont waste ya time with it :-(

App crashes on login

Tried to create an account. Pressed ok after entering in details, got back "Error". Pressed ok again, got back "Duplicate email". The forgot password feature does not work even though my email address is in the system already, since it's a "Duplicate email". Lots of permissions are required too, for a taxi app.

On three separate occasions I've tried to make a booking that then fails. Once out of four times this has worked for me. End up phoning them almost every time.
