Auckland Coop Taxis

Was left on the roadside for 2o minutes and rung by dispatcher abusing me for not making myself known. The app has limited functions and I had to ring to correct its issues and still want picked up. Impossible to use effectively

Really not up to scratch. Like the idea of alternative to uber. But uber has superior UI.

Difficult and clunky.to.use. Old style interface. Unnecessary fields and pages opening and closing. Never went beyond "Pending"?

Hate to say it. This app is terrible. Confusing layout of interface, ambiguous feedback on your order. And it crashed twice also. This needs fixing.

Not very good

I booked a taxi which accepted. The tracking told me the taxi was miles away (at least 30 minutes away). 5 minutes later the taxi arrived. Also, this app asks for far more permissions than it needs. I will rather call, than put my information at risk.

Great overall. Just needs some text ability to make booking from airports possible (flight number etc). 100x better than the nasty blue bubble app.

Half the time it can't find your location, particularly when it's raining, the other half of the time you book a cab to pick up at a specific time and location and it still doesn't show up. I have tried using it 5 times, it has only worked once. Useless!

Looks terrible, even their logo looks bad. Doesn't give much faith in the company. No where near as fluid and easy to use as Uber.

Forgets the user login with last past three updates. Cannot reregister user id.

You cannot provide pick up details like that you are at the regional airport not the domestic Taxi driver rings me when I am still on the plane...duh. they don't like waiting when they think I am not there...

Awesome app

App is slow, dated and virtually impossible to use.

Very basic looking app. Couldn't even register as wouldn't display register button even though was showing no errors with the form. Waste of time, will stick with Uber.

I would probably not be uninstalling this app right now if it turned off. Sort it out...

Waiting time (2-5 minutes) 95% good and other rare times cab can come late like 30 to 60 minutes. Best app for business travellers in auckland.

Terms and conditions are bit scary. They accept no responsibility for a taxi not turning up which is pretty poor.

Cab arrived on time first and every time since!
