App-A-Cab Hampton Roads

Way to complicated to use. People want ready and quick. Uber and left have an easy system. You have the option to type in your card info. Not your account information. Then for addresses you can search where you wanna go and select an address instead of having to search the whole entire address.

Register. Quick. But cant find the location i needd goto down the streeet. Wants to only go to Hampton. Too bad. I cant charge you them for wasting my time.

I can choose pay with cash and do NOT have to register a credit card. The cab fare estimated are typically spot on depending how long it take u to get in the cab! Can pick exact pick up locations and drop off locations! Can pick exactly what type of vehicles I want and exactly what time I want them to pick me up! It also tells u exactly when your cab is on the way!!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this app it absolutely works!

A few of us tried to use the app and pay via stored cc, but we're not able to store our cc. This issue spanned at least 2 days.

App is glitchy. Positioning of cab is not always accurate by a long shot. It does not update cab position frequently enough. Cabbies (almost all of them) use the app as an excuse why they sit there for 10 or 15 minutes until they start towards you. When zooming out to view the area to see the cab the map defaults to zooming back in to a random location somewhere between you and the cab. This seems to happen whenever the map refreshes the cabs position. STILL can't input a credit card into the app! Fix it!

I tried multiple times over the last year using 2 different phones to get this app to work. Every time I got an error saying "No internet connectivity". I tried registering on their website twice, hoping that might fix it but after doing so I never got the activation email either time. I wanted to give this a chance, and I did so on multiple occasions. This is just a horrible application.

Only complaint is this app would be a 1000 x's better if it were linked to cab companies in every major city/township all over the U.S. that way you can use one app, every city, no matter where you traveled. If you can do that, will definitely give 5 ★'s

Tried using this app 3 different times. Still cant get a cab.

It would be great if the app allowed the customer to enter exact residential addresses and not the general area. And also gave the actual ETA of the cab

Requires card info to make a reservation in the future, locks up when I try to enter card info.

first there I tried to use it kept getting errors..... got uber instead

Doesn't delete old remarks and it took multiple times updating my phone number in personal info for it to work and the drivers act rude because of the confusion. It's not my fault the app doesn't perform

Will not let you book a cab with a CC, times out every time. Have to book the cab on the web.

Couldn't open Google play after installing!

With rude, overcharging cab drivers like these give logical reasons people turn to Lyft and Uber.

Worst taxi app they select a car for you and then cancel as soon as it gets close just to tell you you have to call another cab which will take another half hour before canceling

I would state great things, but it seems I can't register.

How do you set up an account? It would also be nice if we could actually leave remarks like letting the cab driver know we are paying with a credit card...however if you take care of my first question for me it wouldn't matter. Other than that it is a great why to avoid the wait on the phone!

Won't take either input to register my card. Wonder why uber is so popular.

Can't get app to work

Installed this. Was met with a disclaimer that literally said the app was useless. Then tried unsuccessfully to utilize it for nearly thirty minutes. Installed uber and had a ride less than three minutes later. Uninstalled this.

Simply doesn't work on my phone. Errors when trying to register. Reinstalled several times. I give up.

The app continuously messes up everytime you try to close the app you get a message saying the app unfortunately has stopped working

Gives me an estimate a good $10 below actual fare and I'm so mad! Won't let me register my card either but won't let me book without registering.

I can't even schedule a cab if I don't give my credit card number (I don't want to pay with cash), but the app never successfully 'registers' my credit card. I've tried several times over three weeks now and am giving up on this app...

I don't like e the upgrade because now you can't see where your cab is located at

I take a cab about once a week. I haven't "called" a taxi since I started using the app, again. Much improvement. Google Maps real-time cab tracking is nice. The main bug I still encounter is sometimes I enter a pick-up or destination address, and the app says it doesn't exist, even though I've copy/pasted from Google Maps :/

It worked fine for a little while but now it keeps crashing even after reinstalling

Waited for a taxi to get here for 30 minutes after scheduled time! AND booked it 15 munutes ahead of time. PLUS it wouldnt register my credit card. This app would be nice if it worked but it obviously doesnt. 2nd time ive downloaded and tried this app

The app is actually great. The employees are the problem. Just use Lyft or Uber. You won't be calling dispatch and booking on the app every twenty minutes for an hour and a half.

Don't waste your time

App crashes on start up
