The old version used to crash incessantly but at least it was useful when it did work. This appears to freeze, doesn't keep up to date with where your taxi is, takes forever to book, and you booking duplication doesn't work.

Says invalid last name at sign up so couldn't even try app lol. A bit too early for April Fools isn't it? Useless!

Anyone else noticed it is powered by MTdata? For a successful app wouldnt you need some data to power it rather than leaving it... MT.

App is complete​ fail. Install, open, does not load. Just hangs on splash screen. It is 2017 and you don't have an app that works and you wonder why you're losing ground to uber and others.

It was working but now has just stopped. I've tried to uninstall it and then reinstall to see if that helps. But it didn't. I hope someone actually reads these reviews and does something.

New app is useless it just tells me it is searching for a cab and never finds one, sometimes a cab shows up sometimes it doesn't. PLEASE FIX THE APP.

Horrible crashes, doesn't load again

Horrendous update. Slow to load and navigate and cant even do a timed booking anymore.

Trying to book a cab just results in the app going into a loop continually trying to book. Doesn't work properly. Wonder why Uber is winning?

Was going to the airport and tried to use this app to book a taxi, but it wouldn't load past the splash screen. So I caught an uber instead.

App doesn't progress past startup screen. Doesnt inspire confidence in a cab actually turning up

Company kept on losing my booking after it did this 5 times in a row I had to catch a train at 10pm as I am in a wheelchair

Can't even log in without it crashing.

Not very user friendly. The least you could do is add the airports to searchable places. That is as far as I got before booking a taxi with another company.

It crashes, randomises your location when you try & use the GPS it wants and makes multiple bookings on those addresses :/ Because of this my cab never arrived & when I called customer service they didn't want to even KNOW of the issue! This is just one of the many reasons I'd rather use Uber.

This app is as about as good as the drivers the company hires. Good thing uber is available and doesn't make you walk across 6 roads to get in the cab.

Just nope.. Don't even bother wasting your time like me, first time signing up and they say I'm registered already, and then when I use the 'forgot password' and somehow change it, it still doesn't work, nope nope nope

Booked online and the GPS pickup address was nearly 1/2 kilometre out...

Try booking a ride from a destination other than where you are located, this heap of steaming .... will not let you do it. You cannot enter a different address. While a map view is given, there is no way to set your pick-up location on the map. Who tested this?

It works very well! Taxi punctual . Tracker excellent ! It made me happy ! Well done ! I have Android.

I think it's a great idea instead of having to wait for taxis for a period of time particularly if you have a disability.

Android version is the worst app I've ever used. Brisbane domestic/international airports not searcheable in Places. If you correct your incorrect pickup address, it remains incorrect on the main screen.. safer to walk to destination.

I use it, but I despise it. I find it hard to believe that they can persist with such a badly designed interface. It is difficult to read at the best of times, and almost impossible on a sunny day.

Used to have a galaxy s2 and this app hardly ever worked, crashing before I could book. Now have s4 and it still does not work, can't log in (get err connection reset by peer every time). Possibly server fault rather than the app itself? But useless to me in any case.

Slow loading times, taxis are dirty with horrible drivers that stink, never shows where the taxi is. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, STICK TO UBER!

Search could be improved as it checks after eber. Need to be able to search for pickup address instead of relying solely on GPS.
