The old simple version is better! I wish I can give zero star. It keeps on asking of your location but it is not precise! I manually type my location I even added the name of the building to "help the driver" but when the driver called, he was 1 block away from my location. We checked his screen and the location written in his screen is different from the location on my phone. Plus! Some rude drivers, the ones without the turban, will blame you that it is your fault!

My taxidriver (#63) is so picky he wants me to seat at the front seat even tho he saw me going to seat at the back and said the debit machine sometimes doesn't work so he drop me off to 7-11 to withraw my money and he ask some wired stuffs that is private and personal like sex life. Can you pls teach your drivers some manners and let them know what to talk about and not to talk about.

Uber and Lyft will wipe you guys out in a couple months unless you get you act together. This app is a joke. It makes the most simple of task, booking a taxi a pain.

The old version was better. My driver's have been late 75% of the time with the new app. Is dispatch not getting the information to them quickly enough? I've been booking hours in advance and still late. Then the driver barely knows where to go... I shouldn't have to provide directions to my destination. Embarrassing to think that visitors to our city will experience this.

Horrible app. Always stops working. Asks for gps on even if it is on! Not possible to book taxi. Tried to choose credit as payment. As soon as you try type to type card number it shutdown. Hope Uber will come soon. I'm so tired of this service.

New version is pretty ugly looking. The option to pay by credit card in the app crashes entering manually or scanning the card by taking a picture.

This app is... s h i t !!! It is not accurate at all. I welcome UBER as their app is wayyyy better!! Hate this app :-(

I have to agree with the others who dislike this app. I can't add a credit card without it crashing before I enter any numbers. Deleting the app right now.

It doesn't even launch anymore. Hope you guys go bankrupt because nobody can order a taxi from you

Worst service I've ever experienced . Even over the phone was unprofessional. Ended up cancelling plans.

Garbage. You put the cancel button right beside the home button so you cancel your taxi every time you open your phone

Now requires credit card to book a cab for later and crashes every time try to enter card number...

Estimate for p/u off by a lot (said 1 min, took 10) and was then cancelled, had to reorder. Still clunky compared to ride-sharing sites.

App keeps crashes whenever I open it?? It take forever to load then just crashes. Restarted my phone, still the same issue!

Crashes when you try to use credit card as payment option

The app loses my login info. Has phantom taxi bookings I can't cancel. I had to sign up again to get into my account.

Needed to schedule a large van. Won't let me select type other than 'any'.

Useless if you're in a hurry

Utterly unusable after update. Way to go :( Maybe test before you launch so you don't screw over your customers , who now cannot even order your services. USELESS

When this app works it's great. Been using it for the last two years. The last few times I've tried booking a taxi it gets booked and then after about 1 minute it says "No Pickup". Is my booking getting dropped or are the drivers picking up rides only to decide after they accept "nah nevermind"

Love the idea, however I received no shows and cancellations minutes within booking the taxi. I specifically detailed what hotel or specific name of location to avoid confusion and no taxis ever showed up. Very frustrating.

Barely satisfactory. All the short comings of the dated taxi system. Driver tells you he's 2 mins away for his convenience and you find yourself waiting outside for 10. Can't wait for Uber.

If it is working.... then you have 1 cab in your fleet and it is parked in the middle of an intersection. Also after 30mins of waiting my booking just disappeared from the app. I hope uber comes and puts this sh*tshow out of business.

I keep getting a message saying that I can't book a trip - service to this customer has stopped. I use the app as it's generally faster than calling in. Seems like the app has alot of problems...not satisfied at all.

You can't trust that it is booked. So then you have to phone but no one ever answers. Where is Uber in this city!

Doesn't work half the time So many issues, but the worst is that it frequently sends the cab to the wrong address. Then they don't call me to confirm so I have to watch as they drive away

Every time I order a cab it pops up no pickup even though the cab never showed up...did it to me with cars 23, 52 and now 803...the hell is wrong with this app

The dam app wont let me even register to use it, I tried on 3 different devices! Same thing server error

Very Sloppy Design - You can do a heck of a lot better even without the help of material. - - - But the actual service (most of the time) is ok.

Garbage service with a garbage app, now with unskippable ads.

Phone call or email us button missing

Needs work, not reliable. I've used a few times before and it worked fine, but now when I make a booking a taxi never accepts it, then after a long wait the booking shows as cancelled for no reason. It's done this a few times on both mine and a friend's phone.

Awesome but when a taxi is assigned to you, it zooms into an area nowhere near you or the cab. Just wondering why? Zoom out so you can see where it is, then it zooms in again to nowhere. Weird. Also would like to pay with the app. Hope we can pay by credit card through the app soon.

I like being able to book with the app, and track (when it works), but it crashes constantly, has serious bugs (example: sometimes it won't let me enter my location and will only let me book with where it thinks I am which is never accurate). Plus, I almost wish you couldn't see all the taxis near you because every time, without fail, it shows cabs within two minutes of my location but my call gets accepted by someone who's at least ten minutes away.

Terrible app. Terrible service. Terrible business. How politicians manage to convince people that a taxi monopoly is good for them is hilarious. They're all robbers.

Getting a login error. My password hasn't changed. Tried multiple times. Rebooted phone. Finally used forgot password option and got the same error. Software is buggy.

It's definitely better than calling and getting hung up on but couple things need to be fixed. App crashes a lot, also the auto zoom is annoying

Difficult to use. GPS is inacurate. I never did figure out how to enter a specific address.
