Amazing app, I've used it since back when I had the HTC Thunderbolt. It's always worked for me when I needed it. And it's probably the easiest thing to set up. Bluetooth is definitely slower than wired, so that could be some people's problems. I use this and share the connection with my router... Bam wifi for the house from my phone. Use a VPN and get 50mbps down 25mbps up. (Verizon, Pixel XL, 7.1.2)

Used to love this app- it worked perfectly on my mac... however since switching to pc, all I get are unexpected adp packet sizes... can't stay connected for more than a minute :(

This is incredibly easy to set up and extremely reliable to maintain a connection. I've never had issues with it and have been using it for many years. Once you install, if you change your phone, you just send an email with your new IMEI number and the date you purchased and they will reactivate for your new phone. I have used this app on Android phones, the latest being a pixel 2 which I am getting ready to have activated.

I need help, more like a refund. I have not been able to figure out how to set this up at all. Help please!

Works great...found that if I put the OTG cable to my tablet it worked WAY better than having it on my phone....

Drops connection with Bluetooth on my galaxy S6 vs surface pro every 2 mins or so.wired connection works great.Pls do something about the Bluetooth connection problem,It is very inconveniencing!!!

This is pretty much the only tethering app that works without root and can bypass carrier blocks. I pay for unlimited data, it's highway robbery to charge me for what I do with it. This program is well worth the small, one-time payment.

Awesome app, takes a bit of work to set up but allows you to use your data when there is no internet connection otherwise. I use it when we go camping or in the car to keep the kids quiet watching youtube!! It works well via usb as well as bluetooth. Connection does drop if you get a call but it is a small price to pay for a reliable ANYWHERE connection. The one time price is less than a single month of "hot spot" from BOOST MOBILE... You can put the client on several devices and use whichever device you want. I have not tried to connect more than one at a time so I don't know if that would work.

Installed this app 12 hours ago to hook up to my computer. My pc wouldn't recognize my phone so i went to bed and this morning I asked for a refund. I would like a refund please. Tell me the steps so i can obtain one, thank you.

Simple and works on my Linux and Windows 10. Don't know if it's a driver or bluetooth problem, but I found that I usually have to unpair and pair again to get the bluetooth tethering to work. No biggie. It does what I need it to do!

I'm not certain about everyone else, but I bought this years ago before carriers started capping data and it was the perfect mobile connection solution. To this day, I still use it on multiple platforms for secured connection without worrying about hackers on public WiFi. It also saved me from having to purchase a network adapter when my notebook WiFi card failed. This app is the reason I haven't switched to iPhone.

If you want free internet for a one-time $10 purchase, install this! I've been using this for years. No wifi for me!!! Saved thousands of wasted $ over the years! I stream all my media no problem. Get unlimited data on your phone! Unlimited slow is what I have and it doesn't matter!!

Worked great until earlier today. 5 stars great. Now it simply stops after two or three minutes. Driving me crazy. On Ubuntu 16.4 with a Samsung Galaxy 6 Edge+

So happy to see this works exactly as advertised. I can confirm tethering was a simple setup using a Galaxy S7 Edge and Ubuntu 16.04. Install the .deb package, add the line to your network interfaces file, reboot PC, enable USB debugging and then MTP USB mode, start phone app, enable USB tethering, plug into PC, run app with sudo and boom - working flawlessly. Great work guys

The connection keeps on dropping while using bluetooth mode. I can't use the USB as alternative as my phone's usb connection is faulty. Please fix this in your next update

Still the best on Marshmallow or Lollipop. Have a Tab A with WiFi and Bluetooth only. Could not hook up to Bluetooth until I bought a cheap wireless router and turned it on. Hooked my Tab to it, ( router doesn't have internet) , turned on Bluetooth and back to normal tethering. Even the apps that are Wi-Fi only work now through Bluetooth..I have had this app at least 5 yrs now and it's definitely the Best.

When connecting phone to pc it says east tether tether after a while it says easy tether disconnected even though my phone is still connected to pc and showing up in my computer. Paid for a pro version of something that doesn't even work properly

Bluetooth works fine, but I occasionally have trouble with it refusing a connection. USB tethering is straight up broken, no answers for it online (even with a lot of people having the problem) and nothing in the faq so I guess nothing to do there. Using with windows 10

Been using this for years. It's a reliable and yet old app. It was one of the first of its kind and first to work on android phones that I could find. It makes you put a small amount of effort to get it working but if you pay atnetion, go to their site and dow load your phones proper drivers for your pc, and your phone supports the bandwave that Tmo and so many other US providers force phone companies to remove from the US phone variants now a days, then yes this is still the best app you can find for what it does. I never had disconnect issues short of my phone provider throttling me when it sees me downloading stuff from my PC or to it. You do not need an open tab to keep this working. Be sure to look up the FAQ before buying this. Newer phones are less compatible with this and can be easily blocked or cucc by your tyrant lord regressive fatcats you have for carriers like Tmo and more. Research your phone and the FAQ before you buy.

Works perfectly~! I tried various apps which failed. Gave a try with the trial version of this app and loved it. The $10 was worth it.

I have been using this app for well over a year now, it works perfectly over USB with Windows 7 and 10. I use it every day, with wifi and 3/4G without any problems even on mobile networks that do not allow tethering

Not sure what killed it but yeah, stopped working for me as of 2017-11-01 after 2+ yrs of consistently working. Bummer..

It works great I've made a video show how to use it to be able to play online with a ps3 the other good thing is you don't need to root your phone.

For Bluetooth, this app is unstable. The connection will keep on dropping and needing to be reconnected. It doesn't help that the PC side makes you click a bunch to do that as opposed to the two-click simplicity of PDANet+ and the phone side needs the app to be restarted all the time.

The app stopped working on my phone. I asked for a refund and all I got was crickets. Don't waste your money, cause they won't refund you or help you fix it!!!! Absolute garbage. This shouldn't even be in the play store.

Their free app worked but doesn't support VPN, so I purchased the Pro app and the directions for getting VPN working doesn't work. Not sure I'll be able to get a refund. :-(

This app works great, and lets me have internet on my desktop without succumbing to the provider monopoly in my area. Been using it for a day. While installing, my PC stopped recognizing my phone, and switching to another USB port was the only way I could fix it. Other than that, I lost connection one time with an "unexpected packet header" message. All I had to do was unplug and replug the phone to my PC. Both minor problems, and I've been pushing the connection to its limits otherwise.

Used Easy Tether Pro with my other phones, and it used to work great. But on my new phone the connection is unstable. It keeps quitting. I get a "Unexpected ADB Packet Header Size" error.

I liked it a lot when it worked. When I go to connect, it says: can not reach phone side.

I bought the premium version to get more functionality for my tablet. I cannot get it to work with playstore. keeps saying waiting for network. Will not work with any apps on tablet. Only works with browser

I've been using Easy Tether for years and it never fails me! Screw the phone companies with their tethering charges!
