FreeBird Cards

These are big, colorful, awesome cards! The problem comes when you don't have an advertising sponsor in the target zip code. Of you do then GREAT! If none are available then it is sadness indeed...

For some reason with my address I can send it from anywhere else but at home it says no ads available in my zip code but if I use the same address and drive to town I can send. Very odd. Other than that thanks for this great app. It's such a great way to send pics to loved ones.

Loved this app. But it seems that now no one is running it. No cards are being sent out no responses to any of the complaints or concerns. If anyone knows who was running this site or how to get in touch with anyone dealing with this site please let me know. This is a great idea and I hate to see it stop. I would like to run a service like this because there is such a need. Sad that it has stopped

Thank god for apps like these. I have sent a few out already to my husband & not only does he get em fast at the prison he says the picture is huge. I'm most satisfied..Thank u free bird..

I tried sending my post card with the free option and it wont let me saying there are no ads fot my zipcode I think its just a rip off to be honest... Im uninstalling and wont recommend this app to anybody its a waste of time and energy...

I love this app it's so convenient only problem I've had is a couple times it told me it couldn't connect to server or wouldn't load the sponsors, i think it limits how many postcards can be sent out...other than that LOVE IT! Question after we run out of free credits do we have to pay or will we get issued more free credits???

I am very disappointed.. I was using this app frequently to send my husband photos .. I asked him the other day if he was receiving them. He has only received one out of the fifty I have sent. And they are not being returned to me. So, I dont know what the issue is. If he was receiving the cards well then it would be perfect. Great idea just doesn't quite work

I have sent out several post cards starting on the 5th of January and no one has received them yet. If they actually get mailed I will love this app. I have put a lot of time into a lot of cards. And deleted a lot of photos that I thought were being sent.

For about 2 months it was working great for me. But ever since Nov.21st, my boyfriend hasn't received any postcards. I also tried sending them to my home address thinking maybe the facility he's in wouldn't accept them anymore but nothing has arrived. I even paid $10 for 5 postcards and STILL didn't receive anything. I also tried emailing the company for help but didn't hear anything back. I loved this app when it was working for me. I'm very sad that I'm having this issue and can't seem to get a response

It's great being able to send free postcards with a picture. Sometimes there is a connection error I don't get with any other apps. I have to try over and over to send. It's still worth it!

So it allowed me to send 6 cards 4 weeks later he received 1 and now that i know he can receive them i have tried tp send more and it is giving me an error message... I get an error no advertisers for this zipcode at this time... ive tried to send from different zipcodes and receive to different zipcodes and no luck... Do u only get so mamy for free then have to purchase cards???? Any assistance will be appreciated. If this cleared up it would be 5 stars... I see im not the only one with the problem

I have been trying to send the same postcards since the beginning of OCTOBER!!!!! I have even tried to send them to myself. I can't get any support from customer service and I have written twice so if you are not going to send them out remove the app bc most ppl that have loved ones locked up this was something we were being to rely on to make life a little happier for them.

Thank you so much Freebird your app is so much easier to use than sending letters! And its free! I don't mind the advertising at all...I'm so content that I can rely on this app! I'm definitely spreading the word for my fellow friends to use especially since they also have loved ones incarcerated. Best app EVER!!! THANK YOU AGAIN :)

STILL DONT WORK!! NOW I CAN BARELY SEND ANYYHANG CAUSE IT KEEPS SAYING NO ADS FOUND FOR THIS ZIP CODE ETC AND I'VE BEEN SENDING CARDS TO THAT ZIP CODE FOR ALONG WHILE AND NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM! TRIED UNINSTALL AND INSTALLING AGAIN AND STILL DON'T WORK!!******PLEASE HELP AND FIX THIS*******

When I click the choose photo or take photo it said the application crashes...... Really want this to work, help please? Maybe it's my settings or something.

I've sent 3 over two weeks ago and they haven't gotten them. I'm not the only one with the issues. Does firebird update or check these reviews

Well I thought all was well but I sent out probably 30 or,more,post cards over a,month and nobody got them. So I'm gonna,uninstall,the app. Sorry. U should,do,what u say hell I would,of,probably paid y'all like $1 for 5 I loved being able,to,writeenough,to fill,the card and the pc is a bonus. But if they aren't getting,them,and,I'm,telling,them,they r coming that's false hope they dnt need to be,looking forward,to n such a grim,place. Thanks,for,wasting,my,time. Gave y'all,over a month to get them

This app is horrible. I've tried to add a picture (which is mandatory for this app) and it keeps freezing my phone completely. Deleting this app now. Don't waste your time

Its a great concept and works well when it wants to. It logs me out uncontrollably :(

Tried endless times to contact freebird but no one answers the telephone. Multiple attempts to file my complaint online but I get a notice that website is encountering a problem. I know that this facility allows freebird as other inmates are receiving their postcards. This is very upsetting and very upsetting to the inmate to see others receiving their cards without an issue. Freebird does not seem to care otherwise they would have returned my emails. It is now 3.18.15 and still no response from Daniel.

Its a great app and its FREE but lately my husband haven't been getting any of the cards not sure why or which end it maybe help plz

This is the best thing that could have ever been done. However I always get a connection error when trying to access the app and also it takes a while for the app to open.

Keeps my daughter's father updated on her with pix to see how she's grown all without me having to talk to him nor waste money on a stamp for him

RECENT PROBLEM WANT TO KNOW IF ITS ONLY HAPPENING TO ME OR OTHERS TOO! RECENTLY SENT QUITE A FEW POST CARDS BUT HUBBYS TELLING ME HE HASNT RECEIVED ANY OF THEM YET WHICH I SENT BACK IN NOVEMBER! Love this app & so does my husband who is incarcerated but is greatful because I can't visit he is able to see his children through the grace of god & ur postcards!

No one has received a card yet. I mailed them Feb. 27

At first it works but then after a few post cards it says they mailed them but they aren't ever mailed,lied

I love it! My love got his post cards :) took 3 weeks but worth it! He loves them!! He says they're pretty big too :)

My dad was getting them then all of a sudden he still hasn't gotten any of the post cards I sent Nov 15 and it's December 9th already

I downloaded app about 6 months ago it was working great my husband loved getting them while he is in prison, but for pass month the postcards haven't been sending I tried emailing the developer and no one gets back to me. Fix this problem and it would be 5 stards

Hello @FreeBird well i downloaded ur app like a week ago but sent my 1st postcard 2 my man in prison like 3 days ago I'm excited n Hopefull & I'm hoping the California prison my man is n cn receive n pass on 2 him these postcards I'm very happy we hv been separated 3yrs n i am great full 2 hear ur app @FreeBird it's easy to use & free FreeBird ur company is great I feel blessed & I knw my man will feel blessed as well geez thankyou @FreeBird n thankyou n advance frm my man!!! There were no sponsors for my zip code so I had to pay for cards which I thought would he free. And to top it off, it says mailed 5/19/15 and as of 6/11/15 still no cards have been rec'vd? There's no # I can talk to someone. Sending a message through 'contact us' and it won't even go through. Keeps saying Web error. Ugh! Can someone pls find my cards? Refund my $$? Contact me!?

Now it sucks inmate received photo for about a month then after that it stopped

This app worked the first few times for me then it said something about a zip code. Now that everything was processed its telling me i need an address to send it from which i have please fix this problem.

My phone is connected, but says can nor connect. The bug has not been fixed properly. I paid for cards I have no access to send. My next step is to call the bank if this is not resolved.

was enjoying this qpp but my husband says he havent recieved any of the pictures in over 3weeks that i sent also no ads for zipcode

I can send postcards daily, he likes them and its a great way to stay in contact with your loved ones. I can send two a day and make them personalized with my own pictures. Great app!!!!

Still waiting on my inmate to receive the postcards so hopefully he gets them and ill continue to use this service. ..so far most comments are positive

I was using this app often until recently due to the fact that all of a sudden there are no ads in my zip code so I can now only send paid postcards however I already pay for email which he gets next day so if I have to choose I choose the email I would rate 5 stars if it was working like it was before cuz my husband likes them

It takes 2 weeks to get to the jail :/ but it does get there.
