I am so displeased with MSI. It seems that the company is more about design and looks than properly coding and programming an app. This app right here just proves it. I keep getting different errors like (500) (2) and (3) when trying to connect remotely to my PC. Another thing concerning is the fact this app build dates back in February instead of April. Seriously MSI? What the hell are you doing???

Your latest update broke the most important part of your hardly functioning app... The keyboard/mouse doesnt even function anymore compared to when it barley worked at all. Do you not have any kind of quality control in your app department? Ruined an app i used every day... MSI be ashamed.. I want a response to this rubbish and a hopeful patch to fix it.. Oh yeah you changed the color scheme , so impressively sad it makes me sick... Losing a star for incompetent quality control in the app department!

Used to connect easily to computers remotely. Now i have constant errors from 2, 3 and 500. However i can change my computer volume from my bed. So i guess thats cool?

Not able to connect to my pc running win10, tried several times.

It worked fine but after some update it stopped connecting. Can not monitor or Overclocking with this app. Very very disappointed.

Works pretty well worth my gaming 970. Could use a better interface. My CPU settings are completely off, but that's more the BIOS in my case. This app helped me realize why, of my 2 identical fans, one spins slower. It was hard set to 50%, oops.

Does not seem to function properly as no matter what settings I change there does not appear to be any change on the PC. But the biggest let down is it does not allow screen rotation so you can use it ion landscape which is how I have my tablet mounted above my monitor.

There is no single function in this app that's working. I always get the error that it can't connect to the host. And the Control Center has been out of date since 2013...

Downloaded the control centre app only to discover it does not work. The app won't connect to my pc at all. This is not the first time I have had this issue, I had the same problem sometime ago and gave up then and had hoped it would be resolved many generations later but alas it has not

I wouldn't even give it 1 star, doesn't appear to work with the current windows 10 build. If i ever get it working I might review my score.

All I get is an error saying it could not connect to the computer with the number 500 in brackets. Yes I have got the right IP address and port, I even changed the port in case of network conflict or blocking on my Wi-Fi router to one that forwards to that PC.

Good for monitoring the computer. (Temps, CPU clock, voltage, fan speed) but everything else is not great. I used to like the media control but since the red update its broke.

You should fix this app coming from a company like yours this is really pathetic

Can conveniently monitor and control my PC on my Note 5. For those not getting it to work just check that your firewall or antivirus is not blocking the app, your phone's IP and port.

Works perfectly! The mouse remote could use some upgrades since you can't click-drag, and moving the mouse for more than 1 second counts as right clicking. Other than that its great for monitoring pc performance, tweaking BIOS settings and shutting down remotely.

Hmm thats a bit crap. Who in hell goes to the trouble of overclocking the pc but then uses wireless lan for the connection? This app is flawed, i would need to connect my pc wirelessly to my network to use this app. I have a 10/100/1000 cable network! FLAWED APP.....

True garbage. No Material or even Holo design, will not function even after following several official guides, crashes and hangs constantly, and the list goes on. Completely unusable. Stop pushing your own crap and follow design and technical guidelines MSI! You guys make great hardware but this is something else entirely. Leave it to people who know how to build an application (and English, ffs guys..), because MSI clearly doesn't as it has proven time and time again. This includes desktop software!

The people who are saying they cannot connect need to enter the correct IP address and password assigned to you by the program.I almost took off one star not because of the app but because I'm having trouble getting the Control Center program to start automatically when Windows boots up. But the entire program and app is awesome when you get the hang of it. I'm a huge fan of MSI, I own 7 of their products and they have treated me very well when I've had an issue which isn't often. Keep up the good work MSI!

I didn't have any problems connecting my app to the computer by inputting the correct server address on my tablet. It has almost the same functions as the computer, so what's the point?

First of all, whenever I launch the app, it says I have an unstable connection, but my WiFi works fine. Second of all after setting up the application on my PC and successfully activated the CC remote center, and when I tried to connect after putting in the Security Key and IP address of the PC I had command center running on, it says that there was no connection to the server. Therefore after about 30 minutes of trying to set it up it failed and can't connect. So lesson learned, MSI is a horrible app creator for mobile.

Could use some work, for instance an updated UI, and maybe a better connection setup. Also mouse and keyboard functions could use improvement. Maybe dedicated buttons for mouse clicks instead of gestures that don't always read over the network due to unstable connections.

Won't connect! It did at first, but now it WILL NOT connect at all! A major waste of time.

By the moment I change IP address to point to my PC it immediately crashes on my Samsung S5

Cant connect to my pc as (like a gaming rig should be) im hard wired to my router. Useless software, if Roccat can get a connection, why cant you?

Works like a charm.... as long as you know how to set up the IP and have your computer ready..........

It works perfectly for me. Only issue is the menu options under the command center logo are badly cut off. Where it say Voltage, Temp, those icons are cut in half. Other then that, nothing else wrong.

I spent an hour trying to get this unless thing to work, no matter what I did it was saying unstable Internet which is impossible, and It wouldn't connect no matter how I changed the settinga on desktop /app.

"The Internet connection is unstable".

I have an x99 board here and works really great. I don't know why other people don't work, but have mine works really great. Now I can monitor my OC'd 5820k temperature while gaming without using any on screen display.
