WHY HAS IT BEEN 4 MONTHS AND THIS APP STILL ISN'T FIXED

Call the 1-800 number went to the bank and no one can help me I would just like my mobile deposit back

This app has only periodically worked. It has not worked now for almost 3 weeks. Smart CU doesn't seem to care that their customers like to have a working application that they can rely on. Perhaps it is time to switch credit unions.

its nice to know that smart financial has an app, that does "mobile deposits". i haven't had ANY issues with the app.

This app keeps popping up after i have closed it, so i can be watching a video or taking a pic and suddenly the log on screen comes up. Also the app does not clearly give you your correct balance. I have had charges disappear then reappear hours later. I reported this to Smart Fin but they told me i need to also keep track of every cent i spend. Totally understand but when you make small purchases a dollar here and a dollar there you can lose track of some charges and eventually it can cause an overdraft.

It's been almost a month of "technical difficulties". What's the point of the app if we can't even use it? Getting pretty frustrated!!!

Each time there is this long security paragraph that at the end either you can 'continue' login or go to 'home'. Either way it does not allow me to proceed.

Constantly says update security questions and after doing so it still doesn't work.

Just a waste of time. Has not worked in a month now.

I can log in but it will sit on the "Please stand by while your account data is retrieved..." message. And then they have this MobiMoney app from a 3rd party.... Lord.

Used to be a good app, has been having "system maintenance" issues for 3 weeks.

Can't log in about to switch banks if y'all can't get this working

Slow, slow, slow. Good luck logging in. Can drive to the credit union before it logs on.

if this is not resolved soon I will need to look in to switching to a new bank

The quick balance stops working after you set it up... you log out and check it, it works... the the next day in will go to check it and it says I'm not enrolled.. also app won't log in sometimes

Click the log in button then the screen goes blank. I need to mobile deposit something now I can't. Garbage app!!

Great app! After updating my security questions on a PC the app has worked flawlessly for me. Not sure why people are unable to use the app but it has worked for me from day one. Loving the new update!

I can NEVER login. It's annoying

The app sucks. The mobile deposit function does not work. I take a clear picture and enter the amount and it won't accept because the app supposedly detects a different amount.

I was also having a problem getting to my acct info after login. I had to I to my pc and I update the security questions. Afterwards I'm able to check and access my acct thru the app.

After updating app it continues to prompt me about selecting an image and taking me to a blank screen after signing in with my credentials

I log on and it shows a blank screen. I have uninstalled app several times still not working. I log on with laptop no issues.....what's going on!

I down loaded the app a few years ago and it worked fine. Just recently began having problems. Removed the app and tried to up load it again....been uploading for 3 days. Just spins and spins. Bank card doesnt have the new chip. Moving my money to Bank of America. Their app works just fine and my card has the new security chip. Wake up, and upgrade Smart Financial!

I used to use this app often but lately I cannot access it at all. It never let me deposit checks from a camera shot or use similar features my other online banking offered. Please FIX it!

Is not allowing me to log on anymore with my Samsung Note 4. Not happy with this App at all.

I had to uninstall this app several times because I couldn't access my account anymore now it won't even install I expected better !!!

I've changed my password several times and it still says my password is incorrect. Then it tells me to change my picture and caption and takes me to a blank screen. The website works fine but this app doesn't.

This app used to be wonderful.now it takes forever to load.

Only shows amt. of transaction....the ending balance of each transaction, would be nice to see.

You can do everything as a desktop

It does not offer services that others do. They have been saying they're adding the ability to deposit checks from a photo for well over two years now. It's not that hard.

Doesn't work half the time and when it does it takes forever for anything to load. Needs a lot of improvement!
