Its horrible, can't log in. I put my username and then when I enter my password it says I have the wrong password or username and it wasn't doing this before the update. Please fix it.

I can't even finish setting it up. I guess the "continue" button doesn't work on certain Android devices.

Was 5 stars before update, please fix this is terrible that we can't use the app at all, tried reinstalling and still nothing...

Won't let you log in at all been like that for about a month now. Gets to password page and goes blank. Fix it

Cant login. After entering user ID goes to blank page. Been this way at least a month now with no fix.

It has not been working for the last month could yous remove the last update i used it alot till the last update

Suddenly I now only have a blinking opening screen. No login page, just blinking. What is the up

True, I have an older phone...but when I click on the app, it just flashes the LNB screen at me, over and over and over again! Guess I'll try the online site???

It worked great before new update now it won't even get past title screen ...

Terrible app! Can't log in at all

The newest update does not work, it's great that new features were added but it won't let you login completely to the app. Emailed the developer and got no response. Thanks for breaking a great app. And I'm glad I had a backup for the last version or this app would be rendered as useless

Continuously tells me my login is invalid and when I go to the full website online I can login. All answers to my security questions are answered the same on both but the App wont allow me to log on. When I finally am able to log on successfully it wont allow me to view my account summary. The update is terrible and needs to be fixed asap.

This app is awful. It won't let me log in. I've tried reinstalling it. I've made sure my answers and passwords are all correct. Seems to be a major bug. This app bloody sucks.

If you are having problems with this app not fully opening just uninstall the app and redownload it. I had a problem where it would log in but then would not display my balances. After uninstalling and reinstalling the app works fine and the new display is very neat

New updated version. Login only works half the time. Or the app stops working for no reason. Installed on a droid turbo 2.

Love the new mobile deposit but why are you limiting us to view only ten transactions? Useless!

Asks to answer a security question that doesn't show, then tells me the login failed. 3 weeks so far, still no fix. Yes, I tried reinstalling it.... Yes, I'm sure I'm using the right ID and password..... Yes, I'm sure my phone is on......

Keeps saying I need to answer my security questions but there are none there please help

Erroneously reports invalid user ID when I know it's correct.

I love this app! It makes banking conveniant, I can see all of my banking info and it even allows me to make all my transfers, especially cross-account transfers which is very convenient and fast!

Mine, too. Was working fine last week, today I can't get far enough to put my password in. Cleared data/cache, uninstalled and reinstalled. No change. Is the system updating at 6 a.m.?

Jennifer is probably a mentally handicapped person who doesn't remember her security questions because I logged right on no problems. This app is awesome! Way more than I would expect from a local bank. Droid 4.
