Screen is blank now a lot when I log in. Can't see how much I have unless I go to transfer screen and check that way. Been since credit card update

Never logs me in constantly crashes after putting in my password

Can usually login fine transferring takes a while though. The app interface could be improved and work faster.

Always shuts down locking me out

It helps me with my everyday stuff

I love it, easy way to keep up with transactions. This App also shows what transactions are on hold.. Transfers are smooth.. I haven't had any problems yet.. I am hoping I never will, but what App is perfect?... It's Working wonders for me though..

when it works it's great! but I had to Uninstall then reinstall to see if hopefully it stops crashing. I don't know if it's the bank or what but please fix it. you can only send a error report so many times...

This app was working fine, but the last few days I cannot get through the log in process. Looks like several other people are saying the same thing. It does ask a security question, that I did setup. Then asks for my password. Then the app crashes. Also like others, I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Please fix or I will need to bank elsewhere. Thanks.

App crashes. When it doesn't crash, it never recognizes my device and makes me re-answer the security questions. Does not offer the convenience that a mobile banking app should

Being able to bank online is one reason I opened an account. The app did use to work - but now it consistently shuts down. It's really frustrating and I can't believe the developers haven't fixed what must be a minor issue. Please please fix this, great credit union - but this is dreadful service to its members.

I used this app for a long time on my Nexus 5 without issue. Just upgraded to Nexus 5x and now when I try to take a picture of a check to deposit , it's upside down, no matter how I try to flip the camera

It used to work... SOMETIMES... asking me relentless security questions, seldom letting me log in. Now it won't even open. Tried it over a period of time and several times, so today, I finally uninstalled it. May try to reinstall and hope for the best.

Need to fix your app... Or people are going to go somewhere else. Chase never had this problem.

For a few years now, on different phones, this app is always giving me problems. It's constantly locks me out (usually on Friday evening so I can't fix it until Monday) . It asks me security questions I never set up. If it worked as it should, it would be great.

I have a galaxy s7 and anytime I try to use the app it crashes or it will act like it is letting me sign in only to tell me it's down for maintenance and then crash anyways

App continuously crashes. After multiple feedbacks and reinstalling numerous times i have deleted the app. Please fix this issue, i would hate to have to bank elsewhere. Thank you!

Very frustrating to log in. Can comment about operability because I gave up and quit before I got logged in.

Every time I try to go in and check my account it kicks me back to the main menu and starts all over again. NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP.

It worked fine for a week but then asked me security questions I didn't make then locked my account out then I unlocked it and everytime now the app crashes -3/10 it's getting very annoying

The app worked just fine. Nothing fancy.

Mobile billpay goes down A LOT. Not a reliable app.

As long as I type everything in correctly and have good, not crappy service it works just fine and has always been reliable. Love the NEW "QUICK BALANCE" feature. A read a lot of negative comments which made me question it, but from my experience they must have had operator error because mine, my fionce, and parents have worked just fine. You have to have service or wifi and make sure you do not have multiple apps running. Works great! The reps are always helped me when needed!:)

I just got a Moto Z droid phone and the mobile deposit camera won't focus on the check. I think you need to update your app.

After update, can't even get into my account, let alone make mobile deposits (which was the reason I use this app). Uninstalling!

I have had multiple issues with this app. First off I have been locked out of my own account (every time the app crashes, which is common, it is considered a failed login). Currently I thought the using the app to pay my credit card was a right idea. Now I am $90 down the hole and none of it went to my credit card account and is now unaccounted for.

Been with Launch for a while, no problems. This app is very slow and buggy. I can check my balance from my phone's browser in half the time it take this app to log into my account. Don't waste your time with this.

Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Keeps asking security question and if registered or unregistered device. About every other attempt it prompts for password then returns to security question page over and over and over or fails to function completely and has to be closed. Worked ONE time on second install and hasnt worked properly on any other reinstalls since. Junk! Surely Launch can do better than this.

Every single time I log in I can never get my account summary to load. Honestly one of the worst apps I have ever encountered. Extremely disappointeded.

This app is absolutely horrendous. Constantly asking me asinine security questions, that I NEVER have set up. Absolutely the worst security log in out there. Even the website screws it up. I shouldn't have to call support to check my balance because you have failed to make a proper app. Worst part is, they don't attempt to even fix it after 5 months of constant problems. I should have never switched from previous our banking establishment. -10/10

Either bill pay is down or can't log in, and now it keeps asking me security questions I never answered.

For 2 months this app developed serious bugs, can't get thru the log in. Multiple reinstalls have been a waste of time. Too bad. Hope it eventually gets fixed, until then it's just going to be deleted.

When it works it is great, but too often it does not. "Unfortunately, Launch FCU has stopped"
