Stopped working, can enter my user name and then i get sent to a blank page. Mobil deposits have not worked since last july

Since the update, the app isn't working anymore. Terrible for a credit union. That brings up trust issues.

Login issue fixed by updating WebView, but it still asks me for my security question every time and will not remember my device

Ever since the last update i can't make a mobil deposit. The camera can't focus of the front of the check, I've used a box to brace the phone, but it still can't focus. When i follow the instructions to press the camera icon, the app boots me out & i have to log back in. Useless app since the update.

Android users go to Google play store download webview install open this app and any others that don't work will uninstalled this app reinstalled after download of webview everything works great now

It works again after several attempts.

It works as advertised. I live in Vegas and do lots of business with First Ent. C.U. They truly understand the entertainment business.

Can't log in, ...FIX IT

As well as First Entertainment CU! Removed a star because I must enter answer to a security question everyone I login, after most recent update. I select "remember device" every time as well. Fix the issue, get the fifth star back.

It started about a week ago. It will not connect to the server. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it multiple times. No luck. I'm seeing in these reviews that many people having the same problem. I hope they fix it soon. It is a real pain in the neck to deal with traffic in The Studio City location's parking lot.

I never had any issues with this app, but suddenly I can never open it. "No response from server" is all I get now. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. So bummed because it was super convenient before last update.

About 30% of every use, it won't open, or gets stuck on the loading screen, or won't let me sign in. Pretty freaking annoying.

When using mobile deposit, the phone vibrates during photo causing blurry photos. I have to retake the photo several times.

Terrible. Needs to be redesigned!!!

Mobile deposit - It takes forever to focus and can't read easily on 2 different devices. Please change software or programming. Other parts of app is OK. Not much function for full banking.

Doesn't work anymore. Blank screen. Notified them, they have no idea and can't fix it.

This app is crap! DON'T DOWNLOAD! Won't focus on checks for mobile deposit, and I have a GREAT camera with image stabilization! What's the point of mobile deposits if, oh, I don't know... THE APP DOESN'T WORK AND DEPOSITS ARE IMPOSSIBLE?!? I tried ten times to capture my check on dark surfaces with all kinds of lighting-- NOTHING! Not worth the download.

Being a new member, I was excited to try the online banking... Guess I'll have to wait till they get around to fixing it, because it does not work at all. Cant register. Cant log in. Nothing. Bummer!

But now doesn't let me log in. I loved the simplicity and convenience of the app, however it hasn't worked in a long time! I will delete this app if it isn't fixed. IF fixed, I will be more than happy to return my good review. Please! *Using on Z Max Pro*

Feels like a bad port of an iOS app.

I tried the mobile deposit feature which was the reason I installed the app. Kept saying error 35 and it couldn't read the check image even though they were clear images. Retook photos 3 times and gave up. Uninstalled app.

I'm very angry and frustrated right now because I cannot get into my account I cannot do anything let alone use the mobile deposit. Please fix it as soon as possible I've already been on the phone with your technician they tried to supposedly resolve it but it has not resolved anything except for that it keeps telling me that its invalid. I still cannot get it to load and even when I do get it to load it comes back telling me its invalid errors. If you guys can get that fixed back up there with a fi

Now I can't even transfer money between accounts because this app has no decimal and the app values every thing as a dollar! Fix it please!!

Even after the update it still doesn't work. I've probably reported the issue at least 5 times in the same day and nothing. Sucks having to drive to the bank every time because the app won't work. Asap I'm closing my account and banking elsewhere.

Does not work. Loved it before the update!
