Doesn't work very often.

I'm not one to review, but I'm not happy with the bilk payer function. It kicks me back to selecting which bill I want to pay after I select the account. I cant pay bills using this app. Its nice to see my acct activity and balance but that's about it. UPDATE 5/29/13 - I emailed the developer immediately after submitting this review. They responded to me within 24hrs, and I have been working with them over the past few weeks troubleshooting the Bill Payer function. The developer has been very open and quick to respond to this issue. They seem to have fixed it in a temporary app, and will be releasing an update very soon.

Excellent banking app, but it needs just a tad more options like changing your password etc. It is very easy to use and takes the perfect amount of time to sign out automatically, but sometimes will take too long to sign it so it takes 2 attempts to even get it. 3.8/5 for sure.

Issues with bill pay and logging in!! This app needs improvement!!!

Need to be able to deposit checks with a photo from my phone. Helps with keeping track that's it.

The photo deposit function falls far behind other banking apps.

Couldn't be more excited to see FW on the android market.Leaps and bounds above the other credit unions. Needs: UI overhaul, dated offering currently

Horrid excuse of an app from a credit union with a customer service center with the same quality. This app has lower than basic funtionality. It can not tell if your logged in or not. What more can you expect though from a company that help ID Theft victims by releasing money to the people that commited the crime.

Much more user friendly. I'm glad they came up with a droid app. works perfectly with my samsung infuse.

About time! Even tho its pretty much a shortcut its better than the text and going to the web browser, a good start hope to see more updates!

Branch and ATM locator is useless even after update. Apparently redirects to web browser for any real function. Having an applet that direct the phone to website is a sad excuse for an app. Please hire an actual app dev instead of paying the clerk whose hobby is computers.

I love that I can see the actual image of a check that cleared on my phone. Slow to load and slow to sign off but very convenient.

Not very zippy, locations does not work, but this is leaps and bounds better then the text messaging that hardly ever worked. 4 stars since its rev 1. HTC G2

Great functionality. Still some bugs to work out as with any 1st version release;specifically with the GPS.

I would have preferred not having to log into it every time.

Definitely needs new UI to be more appealing. Layout looks/reacts choppy and whole app needs to be smoothed out, but at least it's SOMETHING for now.

It is useful and fast. I wish it logged off faster but is a great app.

In that the basic functionality is there... No way to exit the app properly (have to hit home button; doesn't exit.) Push anything and the page has to load slowly, because its not a real app - it's a web browser in an app package. Would love to see Fairwinds build a real app and publish it in their own name...who knows what tracking or analytics this third party is keeping.

While I say it's basic looking it's not necessarily a bad thing. Simple interface is actually good for a banking App. However, I can't pay a bill. After selecting frequency, then bill, and account it takes me back to frequency page. Not being able to pay a bill is a huge let down. So for now I can see what bills have been paid and see account activity but just can't pay them. LG optimus G

Login issues have been resolved and the app is useful again. However, location of nearby ATM's and branches is still utterly worthless, sadly. Once that functionality is fixed, this will be a 5 star app. C'mon Fairwinds! Get this thing to work 100%. :)

I like the app but it wont let me log off. This has been a problem for a long time... Please fix this. I have to shut my phone off to get out of it

this app worked fine, but all of a sudden it stopped showing anything in my accounts. Where my checking and savings are is now a white screen

I can never log in now. Tells me my login and password is incorrect but I log in to my laptop just fine. I have the correct app downloaded as well. I've had my account long before June 2013.

Update: This app went from junk to $hit!!! Now every time I log in, it asks me to verify my login!!! It's just the mobile site, I can log on in my browser. This is just a wasted space on my phone... Plus, you can't exit... POJ!!!
