Every time I try to log in, it stated that the app isn't working to report it. Well how am I supposed to check my accout. ? Get it fixed. You guys make more than enough money, so at least have an app that works.

Still unable to see full details of credit card. And you guys should update like Chase. They allow you to see your balance without doing the whole sign in routine. Waiting to give 5 stars

Should tell you that you are blocked from your account, and just a simple way to login.,and not getting the right security question even though you type the correct login information, keeps crashing at the time when you have to type the password.

When it does work, it take to long to load. Its not in real time. Overall, the app is work like app did when they first started 15 years ago. Please UPDATE!

The app doesnt load correctly on Android phones. So I call and they tell me to use online that mobile isnt working correctly but its been 10 days. Im changing banking institutions.

It can't do any of those well. It should give you the option to attach a pic because the app cam SUCKS! Also when you select remember it doesn't.

Buggy. Crashes constantly. Servers for transfers have been down for 2 months straight. DCFCU is a fine company but thier mobile app is the worst.

It hangs or shows refresh symbol for a very long time when loading the security key which makes it impossible to log in.

I can't pay my bill or access my account. This has been going on for over a month. Don't just ask to report it. (I've reported it repeatedly)Fix it.

It is not working how I am to check my account you need to fix the problem asap

At first it took two weeks I guess my it to register to my phone... now I changed phones and it keeps crashing as if my info is wrong... if they made it easier to see your balance and fix the bugs it wouldn't be so bad

It locks you, then you have to call the bank. Password recovery system does not work. If you are lucky enough you get a rep after your 20th try. Terrible app and service.

This app always has a problem when letting you log in and it takes forever to load. I tried logging in through the website and i was still having problems. This bank need to get it together

This is one of the worst mobile banking app ever. Needs a lot of work.

This app don't work!!

It's good for checking balances but the bill pay feature is rarely operational. Also the mobile deposit feature is hit or miss. I end up having to go to a branch half the time.

As soon as I put in my password and hit submit it closes completely. So frustrating

Can you add a feature to show pending transactions?

Capcha is required but does not generate. Just a headache, inconvenient.

Cannot sign in stop before I finish is useless cannot let me open

Every time I try to log in, it says, "Unfortunately the app has stopped". This is frustrating! Please fix this issue!

This mobile app is horrible it shows the "try again" when trying to see the random code. Then when you click the "try again" no code shows up. Just stays saying try again. So I cannot log on to see my account because of this.

Can't do anything but look at balance.

Since I haven't been able to check my account because it continues to crash, it made me over draft. Im so upset im even considering changing banks

Just like the other users it doesn't work. The app stops working b4 one is even done signing in.. just go thru the Web.. very disappointed

It is the hardest site to sign into no matter how many times u reset your information

The app works great. But I would like to be able to see my dcfcu credit card statement instead of just the balance. That'll be a great update
