Worked great initially. Then it started to block my login attempts...which also locks down the website logins. Even after calling to get unlocked, the app locks it again. Frustrating. Great bank but the app has issues.

App constantly has been not able to connect to the server to perform an external transfer. Used to work

Used to work now it wont load anything passed the sign in ID. Out of town with checks is no fun..

I try to use this app for remote deposit capture and it always says server busy. Try again later. Very frustrating.

The biggest issue I have now is that bill pay doesn't work anymore. List of payees is blank. It doesn't even show a drop-down box. Always tells me there are no scheduled payments when I know there are. Please fix this!!

A good start but it's not very intuitive and should start you out on the account overview.

It is alright but it is saying my info is wrong to log in but its not so basically I can't even use it which isn't good. After you guys did all the system updates recently. I can't even use it. Fix it !!!

Not performing well

The main reason I got this app is for mobile deposits. I've tried for weeks and get the same error message...server busy try again later. Even Uninstalled and installed again multiple times with no luck and no one knows how to help when I call.

Is this a hacked app? Because these are not my security questions.

This app used to work flawlessly. Now it refuses to complete the connection to the server and just hangs at the log in screen. Sadly, it's easier and less aggravating just to stop by the local ATM to make a deposit. Hopefully this is resolved soon as I did like the convenience the app offered when it worked.

Worked well at the beginning but doesn't give me up to date balance now. Better off going online or ATM to see my balance.

I loved it until recently. It keeps telling me I have to change my security question. I did and it still says that. I even tried reinstalling witb no luck. PLEASE FIX!! I HAVE CHECKS TO CASH!!! The closest bank is 45 minutes away and I don't want to use my other bank!!

Can't get logged in. Tried it 4 times. .very frustrating!

Won't let me log it. Keeps telling me I need to update my security questions. I did over 5 times and it still won't let me. Disappointed!

Very disapointed

Pretty decent app.

Only got it to work once out of three attempts. The first time I didn't know my own security answers from a year ago (my bad). Second time worked great and I was able to check everything I wanted. Third time the app closed to call me and then asked for a random code showing on the closed app... At this point I am so frustrated that I don't want to even bother with it. +5 stars for working great -3 for annoyingly high amounts of security Uninstalled.

Excellent app. I'd like to see a calender pop up when scheduling a bill payment so I choose a day and know what day of the week I'm scheduling it. I'd also like to see a 4 digit passcode method of logging in. Much faster than typing a password.
