This app is poorly thought out, poorly implemented, and moderately unstable. Example: there is no way to edit or delete payees in the bill pay section. The SLFCU website is also difficult to use but the app is impossible.

Lacks features, hard to login, no fingerprint support, old and complex UI. The website is also really bad but easier to login.

It's more complicated to use the app than to access my account on the web. It asks a security question every time I try logging on when using the app. It's not fast and efficient. I'm better off using the website instead of the app.

Doesn't work just get a white screen after I try to log in. When I use chrome it says chrome stopped working and kicks me out. Please fix this problem asap.

Used to work, but then it stopped suddenly. Uninstalled/reinstalled several times...still won't work. I'm just getting a white screen.

It used to be a great app but, now when I sign in, it goes to a white screen. I miss using this app, it was very useful. Please fix.

The app is not compatible with newer android versions (android 7+) that don't support Android web view. When I contacted support they gave me outdated instructions. When I contacted them again (twice), I got no response.

I love the new update. I'm glad I can see my balance after each transaction. The color scheme is nice and easy on the eyes.

Same problems as others. Log in to a white screen. Click the top right menu icon and it asks me to log in again... To a white screen :-/ PLEASE FIX!

Quit working when I try to login when my Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini was updated to Android 5.1.1 on June 1st. All other apps work just fine after update. I have tried uninstalling, then reinstalling...but bombs every time.

I really loved this app until recently it seems like the last update slowed this app waaaaaaaaaay down! It used to be so quick and easy to transfer money or just check your balance but now it takes Forever to load the main page. I thought it might be my WiFi but it doesn't matter on WiFi or full 4Glte it's sooo slow. Please fix it

Very useful app, but crashes when attempting mobile deposit in some cases. Was able to get mobile deposit working by filling out the amount and account info before taking the pictures.

It took them nearly six months but they finally fixed this app. Runs pretty smoothly these days.

This app crashes whenever I try to deposit a check, right after I take the picture. Please fix.

The mobile deposit doesn't work.

I moved from Abq. to SF and was able to keep my bank! I can do everything with this app.

It's a little slower than I'd like it to be. Otherwise, it's good!

Now I have to use a desktop, really? One model of Samsung doesn't work, bet it works on iPhones. Geez

When attempting login always got asked security question immediately followed by abort.

When I try to make a deposit, the app gives me an error telling me to contact slfcu

This so I'd pretty accurate only problem is PayPal purchase never shore to 8 days later but I think that's av PayPal thing

This is a great APP highly suggest all slfcu users to use for east quick access to thier account.

Takes way too long to load and pull up bank account information. Using phone's web browser is much faster.

Got a new phone and finally installed latest version. It is much improved! Better ui and faster. Moved out of NM, but this app is one more reason NOT to switch banks. Thanks!

I like the new interface, I like the color coding difference between credits and debits in the accounts, I like the ability to use the flash when making deposits. Nice job!

The 5-Oct update has a SO MUCH improved UI, I can hardly believe that they didn't call this v2.0! The annoying bug where the app would return to foreground after session timeout in background, seems to have been fixed!

The new interface is much better, and the new snap feature for mobile deposits works really well. Very nice features for sure!
