The most recent update appears to have resolved the immediate crash issue! Yay! Much rejoicing! The application appears to be functioning along the same lines as it did before the previous 'upgrade' that broke it for many Android users. Long time waiting but welcomed nonetheless!

This app stalls, crashes, and refuses to load more than any other app I've ever used. At this point, I barely use it for anything more than depositing checks - a really amazing feature that I greatly appreciate. However, it won't even let me do that lately. Also, it takes forever to log in to my account, but I can't look at my information for very long before it kicks me out and makes me log in again. This app is absolutely, hands down, the worst part of banking at CapEd.

After beating my head against the wall for months, finally found the missing piece. Android System Webview (a Google app) must be updated for it to work.

Since last update or something happening can't even log in. Removing and reinstalling doesn't work.

I cannot log in. It goes to a blank page and won't load. I tried reinstalling and it still does not work.

This app used to work great, now I can't log in at all. What's going on?

Since the last update the splash screen comes up then data error and it crashes. I have uninstalled it and down loaded it again still crashes. This was how I preformed all my online banking. This needs to be fixed A.S.A.P

After the upgrade I continue to have to uninstall and install and still cannot access. Getting very frustrated. Teller at the bank had no solutions other than to tell me to uninstall, etc.

I loved this app before the update! Now it won't even open. Just keeps crashing. You should have left it alone cause you ruined a good thing! Please fix fast!!!

Hasn't worked in months. Try to open it, but it just closes down again. Please fix. I really liked mobile banking.

Old version was so much better. I've restarted my phone, reinstalled the app and still can't get it to open. Junk, pure junk.

For the last month or so I can no longer use app. It used to work great, now it gives me an error and won't load. Uninstalled and reinstalled app 3 times over the last month and it still won't work. Samsung galaxy s5 - Android 4.4.2

This app used to work, no problem. Now, every time I click on the app I get a "error loading data" message pop up instead.

I had absolutely NO problems until the last updates now it won't even load and had to uninstall & re-install 3 times now!! Annoyed

Since last update it won't even start. I just get a blank screen.

Will not load, always get loading error! I've always don't my banking by mobile, this is an inconveniencethat would make me change banks! Please fix! Soon!

App will no longer open on my phone. Keep getting an "Error loading data" message. Have three devices and they all say the same thing. Removed and reinstalled several times. Prior to this it was taking multiple (6-10) attempts to use mobile deposit. Love CapEd but your mobile banking app SUCKS. Suggest you fire current IT people and hire people that know what they are doing. Frustrating not to be able to manage my money like I can at other financial institutions. Will have to stop recommending CapEd until they can catch up with technology.

Worked great until a few days ago it keeps kicking me out and wont add the dollar amount i want to transfer. Keeps putting another dollar symbol $ in when i push 1 to make a 10 dollars transfer. Please fix.

This app is terrible to use. It's awkward and slow. It makes everything more complicated than it needs to be to do simple tasks. Also, it rarely ever works. And the money tracker never works. Fix it. Because CapEd doesn't allow third party money management apps. So if you want me to use yours, then make sure it works.

I don't know what happened but after the update the app will not open on my phone. It tells me that there is an "Error Loading ". It too bad because I really liked this app before the update.

Your update has white screened this app and now I can't use it to pay my car payment. Maybe you should fix this? I could always change banks and transfer my loans elsewhere.

Every time I download and red own load it won't let me open the app it just says error.

It closes all the time and makes me log in again. It closes when it is processing either my password or a transfer, so it is really very upsetting.

After trying to sign in after the initial screen all I get is a blank page. Really frustrating. In 2016 this is how people do banking. This needs to be fixed.

Every time I try to use this updated version, I get an ERROR LOADING DATA message and it feeezes.

Can access the account anymore. Flashes up on screen then shuts down.

I have a Samsung s5. With the old version of the app I had no problems. After latest update I've been experiencing some issues. Here is just one. When I push the 'back' button on my phone it asks me if I would like to exit. I press yes. Half the time it does nothing when I press yes, it just takes me back to where I was in the app. The rest of the time it just reboots the app. It does not allow me to exit. I'm afraid my banking is still open in the background, which is a bit concerning.

This app is great for checking my bank account status when I'm not home. Its easy and secure.
