Bank of America app is better: can use thumbprint to sign in, and if you hit the back button on your phone it doesn't make you sign all the way back in.

Tried iPhone and Android and account doesn't work you log in successfully and it returns you to the log in page only allowed to access through home banking???? Called for help, semt screen shots and no one could help very frustrating...??

The app is adequate. Android Pay would be nice. Also, if it had a more mobile friendly interface and quick, secure login similar to USAA it would be much better. Otherwise, it's not much different than going to the mobile site in your phone's Web browser.

This mobile deposit isn't working. It asks me to select an acct. Then take a picture of the check then it says for me to select an acct again and the pictures are gone. It wont save the acct so i cant do it.

It does the job to check balances and history. But the mobile deposit is crap. I take a photo of the check and it focuses nice and clear but then the final pic is all blurry and continues to do that over and over.
