Can't get anything when I go to log in to app for online banking? Used to work great? Deleted and re-downloaded. Still nothing.

App has stopped working on Samsung Galaxy S5. Tested on my wife's S5 to make sure. It does not work. It used to work great.

Says can't access server. I uninstalled, then reinstalled, same problem

Doesn't ever remember my device so I have to do my security question every time

I cannot access my account...says "no response from server" what does that mean?

App hasn't worked since last update. You need to fix this now !

The app keeps crashing. It doesn't recognize my log in credentials. It used to work fine but now it won't let me in. Uninstalled and reinstalled like the tech said and still nothing. Uninstalled completely. Fix app, I will reinstall and change my review if it works properly.

The app abs the website both crash on me as soon as I put in my password. I will never use this app or the website. Please fire the person who designed the app and site.

It no longer allows me to even log on. Whats the point in having a banking app if you cant log on to check anything. Used to work great. Got forced to update and now its trashed. Thx Achieva! Why is it still not fixed? Been well over amonth now! Sigh.

app has completely stopped working!!!! I have an Android Galaxy S7.... 3 months later and an update, and it still doesn't work! All I get is a white screen! Can't do anything on this app

Recognize already! I don't need two passwords. Answering the identity question every single time is so very tedious.

App doesn't work since last update. I put in username and security questions then it goes to a black screen that says acu has stopped. Really sucks not being able to do any online banking in this age!

Worked a month ago. Updated and now crashes at login. Useless. Update as of April 2... have Uninstalled and reinstalled. . Still crashing at login!!

Suggestions: I would like a "feedback" button in app. Also, it would be nice to see holds on my account like on the website. I was hoping the new app would offer that but it doesn't. Edit: 2/2017 still no holds feature. Looks like they made the app and have not made any major upgrades since. Love my bank but this app could be a lot better.

This is the worst app I have ever worked with and if you call one of the techs to help you get logged in they are as dumb as you are un install the app and re install the app that doesn't work just sad I give up if someone knows how to fix this please do

Installed on my new phone. Does not work at all! Idk if it is because I have metro pcs or what. It worked on my old metro phone. Either way this is a severe inconvenience for me as I am a long time Achieva customer and do all my banking with them. Fix this app please!

I can never see any account activity between Friday night and Monday morning.

Login in with a username tht has worked with the app n webpage before it tells me invalid login no this damn app is invalid

I'd love to know how much is in my bank account, but sadly, the app is acting up again and won't recognize my log in. The IT department needs a serious upgrade because the app needs vast improvement

This is a good app for on the go, and staying on top of my finances.

Could be way better. I dealt with other banking apps that were more user friendly and smoother working. It takes a long time to load for use. But their website has gone way down hill so I am better using the app

App worked great until I went to use it today. Getting "no response from server" on my Tab and S5A. Works on my girlfriends phone though. Now I get to be broke until Monday and let my 3 insurances lapse.

App Never works for days at a time this is not new I have banked with them for years with same issue. People and bank are great but the inconvenience, and no texting for balances . I keep track of my banking online making banking with achevia just short of banking by telegram via Western era by horseback!! Pretty sad when when shiityy Wells Fargo out competes a credit union on all levels including loan rates

Used to work until Nov 11 and now not working at all. I do all my banking online. Guess I will have to change banks :-(

The app works fine. However, it'd be great if I could give my accounts nicknames on the site. I have a personal checking and savings, a joint checking and savings with my husband, and savings accounts for our kids. That is a lot of accounts to keep straight when I only have account numbers to look at. When I go on the app to do banking, I have to be very careful that I am using the correct account. With our previous bank, I could label the accounts on page, which ensured I was using the correct account.

After typing username it loads to a gray screen where normally you would verify security question but it comes up blank. Tried reinstalling. My account logs in on other devices.

App worked fine until about a week ago, now only getting "no response from server" error message. Have other online banking apps and no issues. Please look into this matter.
