Advantage One CU for Android
Ever since it updated it hasnt worked, not that it worked amazing before but atleast i could see my stuff. Now i cant see anything.
Anyone else having problems? I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, still nothing

When it works, it's great. When it doesn't work, I want to throw my phone at the wall. Most of the time it works fine.
Can't log in, different each time
Down for maintenance for weeks? Waste of space on my phone.
You need a good IT person to tune this app
Your app needs to be updated to the newer API. On newer devices specifically the Nexus 5x when taking a photo of a check for deposit once the photo has been taken its shown upside down in the app. Work around for now is to flip the check upside down before snapping photo and then it shows correctly in app and can be deposited. Reason for this issue is the Advantage ONE FCU app doesn't have the latest Android 6.0 changes and API’s which means they don’t know to check the orientation method, so photos end up being taken, and shared upside down. Google has stated that developers need to update their apps to the latest imaging API's to correct this issue.
Terribly frustrating. Just takes you back to log in page over and over
There is still something wrong. It seems as if the app force closes even when the problem is I typed in my password wrong, instead of telling me the password was incorrect or mistyped.

Every time I've tried to long in, it force closes. If it isn't fixed soon, I will go to a differnt branch. I use mobile banking daily, and haven't been able to use this app since opening my account.....
I cannot even finish logging in, the security question is unchangeable for whatever reason and the one given is unanswerable in my case. Cannot confirm the email address used to log in either. If you're going to make a banking app, you should probably make sure it works first.
Wont load on my phone
This app is really piece of crap can not use to do mobile deposit because the app always gets out of focus piece of crap...I strongly believe mobileshift Inc can't make good apps...nor they are serious about their work
Smooth transactions with great accuracy. This APP is one of my favorates.
The app has worked fine for me. I have used the mobile deposit without any issues (just this morning, in fact) and the sign in is just like the web version after the first time. The first time did require more verification, though. If I recall, there are some stipulations on the mobile deposit stuff. You might want to contact them if you're having issues, they're helpful folks in my experience.
I haven't tried out all the features, but I view my account summary and Transfers Funds all the time without any hiccups even with poor signal it chugs along. My only con for switching to a Credit Union was not having a mobile banking app, now that it's here I could not be more happier with Advantage One.

I gave 4 stars , but would give 5 stars if the mobile deposit worked. Continually tells me I am not eligible even though I am. Deleted app and reinstalled to try and remedy but no luck.
To start every time I log in, I have to answer the security questions. What is the point of the app when I can load the full page faster? Also it would be nice if there was a quick login, maybe a single screen with just a pin to enter instead of 4 screens. Mobile deposit finally found it's way to the app but i still can't JUST login. I have to answer the security questions every time. And yes I have checked the box. If this is the case, I'm closing my accounts and moving everything to USAA.
