The feature to tell you your gains/losses with your current holdings is useless. Despite refreshing the value of your stocks does not update amd you have to check each stock one by one to take decisions on buying/holding/selling.

I can't trade some stocks which I own and purchased on the desktop platform. When I use this mobile app it doesn't recognize its own symbols even though I'm staring at the stock in my positions section. Brutal! Needs to be scrapped and VR should invest in a whole new app!

Tons of room for improvement. Needs easy access to level 2 and real time quotes. Basically useless I use the web browser over using this app.

Not much to like about this app. The user interface is from the 1990s, most features simply are not working and what does work is just super glitchy. With pain and time, you can manage to buy and sell with this app without running to a pc which is why i give it 1 star instead of 0 out of 5 Seriously considering changing broker over this.

This app needs a major redesign. It's outdated, erratic and ineffective.

App is crashing on my galaxy note pro. As well as on my S5 I cant get the bottom menu stuck on the quotes screen. Such a good company need to update thier app and repair it. it is essential for any business these days. If they want to compete. All stock companies have better apps. Sorry to say

Logon screen comes on than nothing

1.0.4 was entirely broken. 1.0.5 is back to its mediocre (but working) self!

Inaccurate charts, 6.49 min commissions, inaccurate positions data, poorly labeled intraday charts.

I love the UI of this app but unfortunately they do not offer support for my Samsung MEGA

I have to use my browser on my phone rather then the app. App fees for trades are threw the roof, prices are all wrong. Never shows any correct information. FIX THIS APP!

If you bring up the chart view the timeline is backward it shows you the price a year or two ago and you have to scroll to the right to get the current view.

Need to be able to do more than get a quote. I want to be able to see and trade with my account. Too basic of an app.

This app worked great on my samsung galaxy S3 with access to all account functions but since I got my new phone i am unable to access the menu and navigate thru the various app functions. Please configure and update for LG G3. Thanks!!

Installed easily on my S3, no crashes, took a minute to find all the features but they are all there and work well. Doesn't switch to landscape, which would be better for the charts. Use the menu button on your phone to access the features.

Major lack of functionality. Feels ands looks very old. Not worth installing...

Unable to return any quotes on either CA/US currency, huge bug. Virtualbrokers need to invest in some more reliable software testers. Mobile is an important platform, all I was able to do was log in and look at my balance (which was wrong too). Company should pick up the slack, this app is embarrassing.

Avoid unless absolutely necessary. The trades that are normally free while using the web version costs too much with the app. It wont show the fees and commission it charges on the app. It sneakily hides it.

Not bad. But could have many more options. There is a lot of potential on this side of the market and if they can compete with questrade that would mean a whole lot more customers.

The description states that the app lets you let portfolio and account details, but that's totally incorrect. All I have access to is snap quotes, and without the other features listed in the description, this app isn't ready for prime time.

A working app is very important. And right now you do not have a working app. The interface is not user-friendly. Also most of the time the app crashes.

The app crashes immediately upon launch. Attempted reinstall to resolve however it continued to crash. I am using Android 4.4.2 on a Samsung tab 4.

This app doesn't work on my Samsung Note 2. I press "Login", and then just get a spinning wheel and a message that says "authenticating". Then an error message comes up "Unable to connect to the server. Please try again." So I did try again, and again, still no connection. I would fix this if I was you, it's very important to get new customers, and retain existing ones. Mike.
