Not realiable. Unable to give quotes correctly. Forces you authenticate multiple times. Positions not updated. They need to improve this. Ally, now you have bought this company. You must improve your mobile app.

Absolutely terrible. Tried to place a trade 3 times and it didnt go through. Was hoping MBTrading would be a good low cost futures brokerage, but their mobile app is worthless. Chart and quote take too long to load and chart durations (5,10, 15min) dont even show the same pricing.

Watchlist section disappeared. This app crashes most of the time.

I find hard time even just trying to place a trade, moving stop and limit, looking at the chart, etc. Having fast internet connection makes no differences, the app responds slow and often not responding at all and just blaming my internet connection

PLEASE FIX! Better than nothing, but highly unreliable. Slow, lots of times times out, & also often unable to retrieve quotes. Also some trade strategies are not working & can't be placed. Unable to change or cancel orders when the Market is closed.

Works like 1 outa 3 times...usually says "log in failed" then after ur ready to give up, it let's u on...almost always says "positions are empty"...4get doing any reliable trading w/this POS...!

I've had a really bad experience with this broker and this app only worked after multiple phone calls to their help desk. I'm closing my positions and going somewhere where they actually have an app that works.

Not a bad app, unable to populate a watchlist on android app because watchlist button is missing. Phone is a Samsung Galaxy S5

They don't care. They're not even trying. This app shouldn't even exist. Unbelievable. Vital live data stream is missing. ibroker app is the one to get.

I haven't use this application for a while now but it used to be great! However, for the last 3 months I haven't been able to load my positions or account values. The app gives me the wrong amount in my accounts and my positions always come up empty even why I have open positions? If you would fix this I would give the app 5 stars.

Autorefresh. Please remove it.

1. Please remove auto refresh option or provide much longer refresh interval. Every refresh bring the current view of positions or orders to the top. Frequently refresh makes hard to view the positions at the bottom. 2. Need provide "zoom" capability so that multiple columns of data can fit in the view of screen. Currently 3 columns show on the screen no matter how big your mobile device screen you have.

How this application has achieved a 4 star rating is beyond me. The charting doesn't work, the option quotes don't work, active positions are not always shown, and account values don't refresh. That's just the beginning of what I've discovered. Nearly useless.

The charts rarely work. When they do, chart data always lags live quotes by at least an hour. If all the features worked, this would be a very robust app. Also, Order entry is typical MBT garbage; No bracket limit orders for position exit as an example.

App has gotten consistently worse and is now nearly unusable. Login problems, option quotes refusing to show, various crashes, etc.

Charting fails 90% of time under 3G network. Monitor your account but use NetDania for great FX charts that work under same 3G connection.

I haven't been able to have the application work during trading hours since opening my account. App Dev team, please make sure you have a useable application before publicly releasing it!

Works OK but still buggy.would like to be able to access charts easier .a fav list would be nice addition. Also doesn't work w meta trader.

Always having connectivity issues during NY session.

Back end servers seem to have a lot of problem with quotes. Option quotes are hard to get (have to try several times). Missed a lot of trade opportunities due to issues. AppDev, wake up

Very buggy and data intensive. 20-30 megabytes a day easily even without looking at Charts. Charts are almost unusable. :(

Does not work for FX trading. Called up rep to ask why and he said it wont if you have MT4. This is a lie because it used to work fine on my iphone 4.

Useless for FX trading.

If u use limit orders, be aware that if you get a partial fill on an fx order, you cant cancel your order and you can't replace your order. You're hosed! Also, Fx quotes are down frequently. (I have to use dukascopy's app for a reliable quote.)

slow, stuck all the time and very not intuitive to use. unfortunately its the only option I have to trade from outside my home...

The desktop platform is awesome but... this mobile app is horrible for Options Trading. This app will not pull up a SPY option chain. Half of the time your trades won't go through and that's with the QQQ's "Request Time Out" & "Can't Connect to Order Server" error messages. Several good trading opportunities have been missed. (This is with a Note 3 phone & 4 bars of 4gLte service) If your on the go a lot I would recommend trading somewhere else.
