It links all bank accounts.So far most of the apps links the accounts by reading messages. This app really connects directly to your account. Hope that, our records are safe. Please add Zerodha under investment tab besides other brokers. Also, add links to EPf and NPS accounts. Ofcourse, your app is slow and takes ages to update. Kindly solve this.

Very sad to see its all about promoting their products. No privacy for users. I started getting multiple calls emails for investments I do not need. Very problematic as half the time the app and website just make you unknowingly maneuver towards products. Not meant for simple finance tracking. Horrible experience

Not even an average app.all time we get msg we seem to have technical error we will sort it shortly. such problems are off and on.It doesnt link account with one clic. A lots of other probs are there

Using this app for many months, accounts not getting refreshed, so deleted all data and added each.On 27Nov2016 Added Citibank credit card, I got message that it has been added. Waiting for it to appear on tool. If you have black money then go for this app else don't waste your hard earned money for Premium services.

I am using this app for around a year, I added my savings and investment accounts in my universe portal but data displayed in the app is not updated as the transactions happen. Even in weeks it shows the same old data. Really disappointing. I strongly recommend nobody should use this app. They charge you a life time fee of Rs 1600 or 1700 but functioning of app is poorest.

It takes forever to show my transactions, so slow, feels like using dial up connection. Finally times out, web version is far better though. I can code your system for free if you need better scalability and performance

Whenever I try to update/delete any account details, it throws random errors. Whats the use of app if it doesn't work. Even small companies are making better app than you guys. Horrible UI.

I have been a premium user on the web. But on mobile they dont seem to be on the new era of smart UI. * Application crashes once I login. I have seen this problem for more than a few months. I think the release cycle should be optimized to fix critical bugs first.

Good to a point and very helpful to get an overview of financial status.. Only customer care a bit weak on technical issues and takes a long time to resolve certain issues. It's more than a few months and am yet to get a clear answer on my query. But all in all a good app.

Taking too much time to fetch the details. Dead slow, before fetching the details the session gets expired several times. Testing the patience. In fact I'm using paid version of this. Extremely unsatisfied .

I am using paid version of this app since last 2 years. No doubt concept is good and so is design. But so many bugs come up. 1. Many times entries added take long time to get synced. 2. At times entries don't get synced. 3. At times they get added and also remain in unsynced entries. 4. At times entries get added twice. 5. Cash in hand negative since last 2 years. Believe me, I am not that poor guy. 6. Would like to see few more categories of expenses in mobile app.

A very worse app I have ever used in my life. Crashes frequently, does not update anything useful. Gets filled Oly with ads. Aditya Birla myuniverse is a sucker app. Don't download it's a regret from day 1 I subscribed.

After selecting the investment section, I get a message that the app has stopped working. I have re-installed several times but still facing same issue.

Removed a star because of unresolved issues 1. Whenever I ADD INCOME, my cash in hand is shown REDUCED by that amount. The website doesn't have this problem. Mailed customer care but got a response saying this is how it's supposed to work. Anyone with a little common sense should understand that cash in hand will INCREASE if you add an income entry. 2. Takes REALLY long to sync with the website, which itself takes a day to sync with my bank account.

Why don't you call user instead asking user to call you to explain/detail issues in your system. I would prefer to stop using it instead. Once minimised app doesn't show up in running app list of Android 5.1.1 of LG Nexus 4, Plenty of Bugs, inconsistent data across screens, slowest possible response, bad user interaction. Same goes with their website

Too basic of a design and slow to process. Sync is slower than snail even on 4G. AdityaBirla group is an overall stuck instance. Idea cellular is a big no show too

Very third class app, such poor quality is not expected from Birla group. Most of the time data is not updated and technical error is shown

What happened? This was supposed to be a good app. I was so confident that this a gonna be great that I purchased 5 years of it. Now what No material design after these many years. UI is buggy and looks laggy. Account gives problems... so much disappointing... Had better hopes from Aditya Birla Customer Services Ltd.

Idea for one platform for all ur finance is applaudable but at the same time the app is useless and doest update data on time. As well as I linked my birla sunlife MF account for which correct information is not reflecting.

The app initially looked good but eventually using it for last couple of years, I found out that there's a lot of errors and bugs it needs to be fixed I have raised plenty of complaints to the customer care with screenshots but all in vain. I hope the ABM guys listen and fix the issues.

Waste app. It won't update accounts and their website performance also dead slow. Please don't waste your time downloading this app.

I haven't seen worst app than this in my life. I guess this is developed by 5th grade students. I am working on similar kind of project in my organization and the freshers we have do more professional apps than this. #####This is totally useless app developed by useless peoples#### ~~~~~ Please do not buy any plan for this , this is totally waste of money. Give that money to some good NGO ~~~~

I feel cheated now!! They have not mentioned the anythink in the app how to contact customer support, you will not find it in the drop-down menu!! It is clear that they don't want you to contact them!!! No Toll free number written anywhere. It is obvious that many customers will have many questions but they just can't do it without putting many efforts!

Customers are not able to open app with samsara galaxy core mobile after September 6th 2016. Please fix the issue immediately.

Only I could spare whole day then too it would not reach any efficiency level...just monotonous app ...best to avoid

The app crashes more often..... The interface of the app is not so easy to use... It should have also option for investment through app. Other money manager app like ET money and fund facts have better interface

When I try to add cash using income category, it gets added as expense.. I never seen such worst application with some basic bugs..

Manual Wallet entries as INCOME is being registered as EXPENSE. its more than year this problem has existed. The website does not have this problem

Not worth buying paid version. There are many other free apps which does better job.

Worst. I am not even able to see my investments. It's loading loading for hours and nothing is appearing

I am a premium customer of Aditya Birla and would say it's good website for investment but the syncing of remaining account is always worst,need to check those sites individual for current status

I m just uninstalling this app 5 min after installation. It is showing loading...and going on... And i need to kill this app. Baba Adam ke jamane ka server Laga rakha hai. Useless app, not user friendly, rating minus five star

Website works fine. App is so slow.. No real time information about markets. Too slow to react. Better it. Or remove it. Don't spoil your goodwill @adityabirla

After adding accounts not updated and pathetic performance even I try to pay for mutual fund payment also not done through website

This is the worst app to manage your finances. It's a great concept that has been completely destroyed due to lack of proper support. Never ever use this app even on a test basis. The worst thing about it is that it doesn't allow you to edit entries to reconcile with your actual cash entries. Even withdrawing from one bank account and depositing into another is not understood by this system. When I try to reach customer service. They don't know anything. Everytime you call them, you need to start explaining to them from the beginning. I'd like to close this account. There are way better apps than this one out there.

Since few days whenever I am trying to open the app it always crashed. Even if after update the app still same problem. Very poor usability.

My current broker is Nirmal Bang, but after many communication with customer care till now, they have not provided to link Nirmal Bang broker. I am a lifetime member of ABMU. But no use. They must give some work around for the brokers cannot be linked with this universe. It could have much better.

No updates happening. Showing incomplete details. Team should really work hard to make it worth usable.

Since last one month I am not able to access this app. Whenever I log in to this app, it got cråshed. Have also uninstall and install to check again but it still get crashed. Pls resolve this erroe
