Very poor and frustrating APP.It does not open even with same password and username next time.

Not able to register. Waited too long but not receiving OTP. Tried many times but no luck. First step (registration) it self a failure without OTP.

Not able use this app at all asks for permission, can't allow it even after clicking on allow! Right after installing this app.

Horrible Application. why you are eating public money and time...

I open acount in apy yojna in2015 every month 362 rupes debit from my acount,but not give me any documents by bank or your nsdl compny what can i do ?? Pls help me

I am trying to register for the past 2 hrs. I am waiting for the OTP. Till now I haven't received it. I tried regenerating the OTP 4 to 5 times but i didn't receive any.

Please make it mandatory and self service to customers. Brokers like Kotak charge money even for mobile number update.

Good app but should also provide provision to download the market value statement in PDF form.

No replies for the mails sent since 10th April, reminded again today with all details. Not sure if this App is only for resident individuals. I have the latest version downloaded 1.0.5

Recd email 5 months back since then trying to use this app but unsuccessful so far 5 to 6 emails sent to customer service and they have a pre-defined answer to alk query. Use Pran as user id and pin as password. They even dont know pran has 12 digit and user id has onky allow 8 digits. Are they mot stupids?

The shares of particular ISIN is still reflecting in my account as 0 balance even though I've completely sold out. As per my view, when we sold all shares of the company, the isin should completely disappear from account instead showing as 0 balance.
