MSEDCL New Connection (EMP)

please add all the feature of new Connection system module. 1) A1 fill and submit. 02) A1 Approved. 03) Technical Feasibility 4) Estimate 5) Recipient Approved 6) meter assignment. All process through than it will become more helpful for section office

It is impossible to work with this app as all the apps dont open within time..we have to spend just one hour to open single page in app..please improve the speed by increasing servers..and also it gives errors while operating as data dont get submitted..

Please update this app upto Send to Billing that means we can Live new consumers anywhere so that MD level paid pending issue will be zero...

Having too much experts in software formation if msedcl provide one software including all,that's better.not so useful

Nice concepts to serve consumers and to smooth out the daily operations by use of technology.

Initially given trouble. Very simple.

It is wonderful experience to operate the apps but MSEDCL provide the Internet pack with considerable fast service so as to upload the max. data through the apps upto line staffs. Thanks

Why the error message showing continuously """user id or password is invalid" when I m using same credentials to log in to RAPDRP portal.

This app actually increases the burden of section officers. Because after releasing the new connection through app, again we have to do final release through NC module on computer. This doesn't make any sense. And also VPN doesn't connect very often and the speed obtained is PAINFULLY slow. If all the process that we do on NC module on a computer to release a new connection, was replicated in this app then this app would have become a huge success. Hope our IT team take this suggestion into consideration.

Very poor app.. Need to use desktop RAPDRP NC modul and SAP to realise connection.. Its too much complicated process..

Send to billing option does not found.this app is totally headache to field officer.first nedd to go on mob then on desktop then again mob again on SAP, then mobile.it is totaly disgusting apps

every activity GPS reading is a must. this is limiting the actual use of the app.

I have uploaded 4 meters in SAP module Meter Testing step...............but in app when meter photo is taken it says "meter not found in SAP"

If a Section inchatge is not authorised to submit new connection info, then who is gonna do that??? Line staff has no user ID and password,

In Msedcl new conn app.after uploading meter photo...there should be an option for billing parameters update so that nsc can live immediately...

Good app. But pending application must be listed of every stage and other than technical feasibility and send to billing must be added. And in technical feasibility GIS location can be updated by our Janmitra they must othorised for that.
