This app is ridiculous...it crashes a lot but now it doesn't even open !!! Ugh

Mobile deposits has stopped working with just a "General Failure" error. Deposits are my sole reason for using this app. If not resolved soon, it'll be trashcanned. ETA tried on a different Android device with same results. Hoped it would be usable on either my phone or my tablet. No luck. Unfortunately, since local branch isnt so local for me anymore, I now have to find more convenient banking. A shame since the MSCU has always been great.

my app has not worked since Thursday of last week. I was unable to do any transfers so I was hit with a overdraft fee.

Transfer of funds between accounts works easily, but the main function I use, the mobile deposit, is horrendous to use. I constantly have to take picture after picture to get the check to submit with dozens of error messages displayed if the picture cannot be identified. Might want to switch to a better system for interpreting the information than the terrible black and white setup you currently have.

App does not work. Constant "Your session has expired. Please login again" also the app only works portrait and not landscape.

Now whenever I try to login I get a message saying my session has expired, please login again. Please fix this broken app. I've tried reinstalling this multiple times with no success.
