My Thermostat

Please update app for better user interfaced. Login process keeps telling me to check my password...I have never logged out and had it saved, but for some reason it is no long good. Spinning dial for thermostat and dragging dots for scheduling appears nice but digital numbers and arrows would be much smoother and easier to control. Buying WiFi thermostats are a waste of money if you cannot control them wireless consistently or easily.

Update and fix this piece of crap app. It took five tries to get the app to recognize the thermostat. The timezones aren't even working and they'res no way to set the clock on my thermostat. Don't like the UI to program the times and temps for each day either. Would like an UI overhaul. Very poor app.

Very erratic log in process, difficult to change temperature without making the unit go off and on, have to press back on the login screen for it to work nothing is easy about it. The touch function to adjust temperature is a joke. Thermostat works great otherwise.

I was very disappointed with the App at first and almost returned the Thermostat. I actually works, i experienced alot of stalling and screen freezing. NOTE: Make sure your home Wifi does not connect to your phone. Pair your phone first with the Thermostat, then reconnect to your Wireless Wifi from home and it will work.

This app is poorly designed. I don't have the login problems I see lots of others having. My issue is the stupid sliders for setting the temperature schedule. Why not use an up/down arrow that can be easily set? It's a huge pain to reset because it's difficult to actually get the slider to stop on the desired temperature. I'd also like the ability use fewer time periods if I want. If I want to have the same temperature all day long, I have to set it 4 times per day!

Quite frankly one of the worst and most frustrating apps I've used. I was unsuccessful at getting the thermostat setup using my android devices. (Nexus 6P). I had to resort to using an iPhone which was flawless of course. The slider adjust for times while cool, is to hard to pinpoint. It would be much easier to type in the times I want. Willing to adjust my rating if improvements are made.

Not sure if it's the app or the thermostat, had it 4 + months and at least 5 times it shows the thermostat off line! We have no other problems with anything other than this thermostat and or the app. Can't even get the right time on the stupid thing. Set for eastern time and is still an hour off and cannot adjust it. Looking for a better on this thing is worthless

This app is horrible! It will never stay synced and it is very difficult to get back online when it stops. I am very disappointed! You guys need to work on this app!

How to make app work: I never write reviews but this one frustrated me enough to share how I finally got it to work. The trick is to go to the thermostats webpage and set it up from there. Then use that login info in app. If you have already tried to use app and it hangs up, make sure to logout using button in app and reset wifi on thermostat. Then go to webpage and find the web setup in their help section.

Downloaded and set up my thermostat easily. The only problem I am having is that the thermostat is always on a Schedule with the app and I cannot change that, even by putting the thermostat on hold the temperature will change based on the schedule.

App needs major work. Nearly unusable at the moment. Was told updates were coming many months ago. I've given up hope of this app ever working well.

Had to remove and install app over and over and over... you get the idea. When it does work, it's great. It just doesn't work for long periods of time without deleting app and reinstalling.

I have a s6 phone. Afrer 25 minutes of trying to get it setup on this app I decided it is not worth the efforts. I can not log in cause I do not have a password yet and was not asked for a password during setup, I am guessing it is due to the fact I can not get past step 4. I can not finish setep 4 where it asks for network info and authintication. When the app is opened it connects to the tstat and during this time it is trying to verify network password and can not. Clients do not like uneasy setups and therefore any tstat having to do with this app will not be bought or sold by anyone in my company.

This app sucks. No way to get ahold of anyone in the company. None of the phone numbers work, just all adds. I am about ready to rip this off the wall. Do not buy this thermostat.

app doesn't work. can't even load the info or connect to it. hope the thermostat doesn't fail either as I installed a few hours ago with new baby home.

Great app. All my customers love the thermostat and the app. I my self have it at home and its very convenient. Easy installation and set up. (Just a recommendation: always hire a professional to install and set up new technology products) I can control and monitor my heating and cooling unit from anywhere. Highly satisfied with it and would recommend it.

To many issues connecting to phone and adding thermostats. Go with ventstar, Pay a little more, Easy and faster.

UI needs a lot of work, entering a custom schedule is terrible. Changed to 1 star as after talking to support the app doesn't even do Celsius.

The thermostat itself works great, but the app is pretty bad. It took several tires to register and set up the stat. The server was down. I been using it for a month now, it needs a update badly. The sliders need to go should have up and down arrows. Trying to use the schedule section is a pain. No way to control the fan from the stat. I hope they didn't abandon it because the app has not been updated in a long time.

Very bad. Awkward interface and does not sync to thermostat most of the time. It is hard to adjust the temperatures on the schedules. After I learned the trick to flip the screen to sync it is at least usable.

I never give reviews in apps but this app is so bad I need to. It never works, simple as that. Whoever made this app needs a different job

This application is very simplistic and not mature. The log in process takes a long time with no status messages. Syncing and device registration was difficult as the application kept locking up. The messaging and changes to the device have long latency. The user interface is awkward. The device registration required tech support and changing the schedule cannot be enabled/disabled via the application. The application is missing many advanced features like error messages, heating/cooling history, energy saving, and heating/cooling day calculation. This is the IP enabled thermostat device the HVAC contractor installed. I would not recommend this device to anyone.

Thermostat is fine but app is horrible. clockwise interface needs to be changed into + - buttons, same interface for program tab. people need user friendly app for wifi thermostats, cloclwise and drag up and down for programming sucks

Complete and utter garbage. This app simply does not work. The company should be ashamed that they released this to the public. It pretends very hard like it might work, but it doesn't. It either hangs forever at step 3 or step 4 during setup, depending on when you try, but it is completely incapable of finishing setup. Reset both the app and the thermostat multiple times, no luck. Edit: Figured out the app doesn't work at all on Android M, went back to an old phone that had Android L and registration worked fine. Can log in now, but still doesn't work worth anything on Android M.

After 25 min on phone with tech. We got it to work. But the schedule icon. Does nothing. If it dosent work why have it on there . Ive closed the app. Re logged in. 3 times. Nothing happens when you touch the schedule icon. Need to fix this app

Bad app design. Hey Pro1 I use a Honeywell app for my home and am forced to use pro1 at another location. Please take a look at Honeywell design of their app for easy use. Your Pro1 app lacks in every aspect!

This app doesnt work. The photos they display are false. I.e you cant set schedule via phone. The tab doesnt even work. You cant set schedule on unit itself. Save your money sports fans. You can't even modify a schedule online. Worthless product will be returning four back.

Everytime you open the app you have to sign in. Even if you click "remember me" it doesn't remember the credentials. Sometimes it never connects to the network. Very unreliable.

This app is totally worthless. It use to work about half but now it don't work at all! The pictures featured in the ad for this app are completely false! Don't get it!!!

The log-in/set-up process is ridiculous. It wont connect to my phone. So glad this T-Stat was a hand-me-down as i would have been pissed to pay money for this. Nest, here i come!

Set up does NOT work well with Android devices, Strongly recommend doing the set up process on a PC, and then just logging in from smartphone app. Would like to see some sort of program feature, so I don't have to remember to adjust the thermostat, throughout the day.

Needs lots of improvement. Wish the app showed when the fan was running or not. Do not like the dial on the app. Makes it hard to adjust the temperature. Hopefully they will update soon with lots of improvements.

App works fine. Just wish it had a + and - for adjusting the temp. The slider control is awkward.

If I want to adjust my thermostat I have to delete the app and reinstall it EVERY TIME! Nothing on the app works except for that feature that one time then it stops and have to start all over again the next time.

I got my thermostat at Amazon it's easy to install and very convenient for me since I'm in a wheelchair. I no longer have to get out of bed to turn the heat or air up or down. Highly recommended.

It's better than Honeywell any day of the week!!! I had nothing but trouble out of Honeywell!!

Biggest fail of an app I've ever used. Straight up doesn't work. Time to return the thermostat.

Really easy install. App was standard. I'll say this is way better than the nest thermostat easily in my opinion. Pretty sure my kid could have done it with no problems.
